Its and I want to use this opportunity to thank everyone who has believed in a self trained chef like me and has given me the opportunity to thrive in this career!
I want to thank my friends and family that support me all the way.
Best of all I want to thank God, who has great promises for me and never fails to remind me of the queen that he has made me!
Being a chef in this country at this hard times can be very challenging, but the passion and drive inside of me keeps me going and reminds me of why I started in the first place.

The bible says that seeth thou a mad diligent in his business, he sha stand before Kings, he shall not stand before mean men (Prov 22:29).

I know there is a place my God is taking me to, I can't wait to see it!

I got this River Catfish last week, I was looking for the best opportunity to use it, yesterday seemed perfect so I made stew for my family members. 3 families actually, shared them into different bowls and delivered them in the evening. It's so amazing to make people happy through food. I'd be sharing tips to making the best fish stew in my next reel!

It's a new month guys, this month signifys new beginnings for me 🌻🌻. Its so crazy that its a new beginning and my phone breaks on the 1st of August. Its so crazy that it's a new beginning and most of what I feel today is heartbreak from all the national and international news I hear..... I'm sending love and encouragement to each and everyone of you on my TL, don't give up darling because when God shows up he does it big and you'd be so sure in your spirit that this is the work of God.
Economically things have been so scary and as business people sometimes we get so overwhelmed and literally don't know what to think but I tell you one verse that has kept me in this trying times, "thus says the Lord, you will neither see wind nor rain, yet this valley will be filled with water, and you, your other cattle and animals will be filled with water!! (2Kings 3:17)

Guess what guys, we are not lacking this season!!! I'm also praying for you on my TL, you're not lacking this season!!! God is doing it supernaturally for you, even when it looks hopeless.

Be hopeful, be prayerful and be consistent with God, he never fails to keep his word.

I feel so blessed to be alive and active this Sunday morning, what are you thankful for!
There you go .bako , that's my bulgur, I made it with chicken breast, sliced veggies and about a table spoon of olive oil. For flavor I used garlic, onions, sesame oil, oyster sauce and black pepper... of course salt to taste.

I've packed my food I'm on my way to .abuja for miracle service this morning cause I have to seat inside 😂😂, if you know you know, if you see me just say hi and I'd share my food with you ❤️.

Love letter to my Daddy

To my one and only sweet Father
I love you today and forever and a day after. Thank you for being a great father, first showing me the way of the Lord, leading by example and then teaching me to be kind and caring to others, thank you for being a rock, a provider and a protector for many years, I couldn't ask for better, I remember all the times you would bath me and take take me to school, I remember those days and smile. I remember how you thought me how to draw the map of Nigeria and how you walked me through different assignments, I'm beginning to realise that those are rare gifts God allowed me to experience, not every father has that much time for their child, I'm wondering how you where able to juggle that between 4 children!
Thank you for paying so much attention to my educational needs and taking me to the best schools that you struggled to pay even at a point, thank you for all the corrections that I did not like but today I realise they where all for my good.
Thank you for funding Gimbiya's Kitchen on different levels 😂😂.
Today I want you to know that I'm very proud to call you my father, my heart is filled with so much love and gratitude towards you, you really are the best and I can't think of any better than you, God knows I score you 100% you did and you're still doing a great job, I know He will score you 100% too!

Thank you for bringing the family together, it's remarkable how you resolve conflicts easily without being sentimental, thank you for loving all of us equally and giving us the girls equal opportunities as our brothers, there are many things I have to type out from my heart but words will fail me!!

I just pray I get a man just like you, I pray you live to enjoy the fruit of your labor, I pray your grand children get to experience you as a grandfather because I'm sure you'd be a great great grandpa, I pray God continue to give me the ability to make you proud! I pray more blessing for you in all you do and I pray God blesses me to buy you another volvo 😂😂.

A company sent me a dm to order 2 food boxes for two of their amazing customers. They wrote very cute notes that I attached to the boxes, I just kept smiling at I was making this order because the gesture was a thoughtful, my delivery guy told me how excited the two people where when the recieved their package!

🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹, this is practically the most emotional month of my entire 25 years, I'm just really grateful to everyone and I'm thankful to God as well for how far I've come.

I believe there are greater things ahead, it's just so sad that Gimbiya's Kitchen won't be part of that.

As for this page, there are going to changes soon..... just follow me through this journey.
