Early this month, we wrapped up the of our flagship - Non-Profit Management Learning Series. It has been a productive 10 months of engagement, learning, co-creating, knowledge workshops, and networking with . We engaged more than 100 in-person participants and those who made the final cut got their for meeting the minimum learning requirements.

This year’s special Cohort of SIA was delivered through the as a collaborative effort to train non-profit professionals in with skills and resources to scale their organizations and careers. The special cohort was delivered through monthly meet-up learning sessions from February through November 2024. We are confident that the tools, resources, and insights gained through this program will be leveraged in multiple ways to scale and improve their impact in their organizations, projects and community initiatives.

We Thank our session facilitators and partners who supported the effort to provide capacity building for early-stage and emerging social change career professionals and leaders.

The October edition of the Nonprofit Management Learning Series, Activating a Sustainable Career in Social Impact, was indeed another remarkable session. As we draw close to the end of the Nonprofit Learning Series, as part of our Social Impact Academy, hosted in partnership with we held the 9th series which was expertly facilitated by Founder of Gender Mobile Initiative and a Legal Practitioner. With her wealth of experience using her social impact journey as example, she led participants through an action-oriented workshop, equipping them with strategies to build lasting social influence as nonprofit leaders and changemakers. Participants learnt practical, sustainable approaches and skills required to crafting long lasting careers in social impact that not only drive meaningful change but also attract global recognition.
