Thanks to you all my followers,I love you all🙏💓.

I will be giving us my never failed milky and crunchy chinchin recipe:
INGREDIENTS
Flour 1kg
Sugar 250g
Margarine 200g
Evaporated milk 153ml
Nutmeg 2 teaspoon
Milk flavour 2 Tablespoons
Water
Vegetable oil( For frying)
PREPARATION
*In a clean bowl,sift your flour .
*Add nutmeg,milk flavour and sugar,give it a mix then rub in the margarine.mix very well to get a bread like crumbs.
* Create a well in the center,add your milk then water little at a time to achieve a dough(make sure is not too hard not too soft-sticky)
*Take to a floured surface, knead for like 1-3 mins to achieve a smooth dough.
*Allow to rest for 10-20 mins.
*Cut to your desired shape. I made mine in strip shape......see picturesbelow .
