Tonight menu

Mix veggies pancakes ( cabbage , carrots 🥕, capsicum 🫑, eggs 🥚, flour, rhodo, onions 🧅) gonna dip in mayonnaise .

Prawns cook with butter and garlic mix with thyme

Fried rice with mix veggies and shrimp

Crunchy fried fish

Pork spareribs in oven .

Boil Maiz with butter 🧈 mix with thyme herbs and paprika .

Weekend delicacy 😋😋

Greetings to all!!!!

I bring to you 'BENILLA'

Have you heard of the word BENILLA

It's a snack
That looks like a Buns or should I say puff
It is also a taken after meal
I call that dessert
It's used as dessert

RECIPE
3 cups of flour
1/2 cup of sugar
2 tbspns of margarine
1 satchet of milk
1/2tsp of nutmeg
3tspns of baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 egg
Vegetable oil:: 1 litre for deep frying
Water 125ml

Procedures
Sift flour, salt, baking powder and nutmeg
Add sugar to the mixture
Add milk also
Mix consistently to bid all recipes together

In a separate bowl
Beat egg until it foams

Rub in the margarine to a Sandy texture ( add margarine and rub together until it's texture becomes Sandy)

Create a well and pour in the beaten
egg
Add water gradually and mix for mixture to bind very well

Mix thoroughly until when combined

Note: The batter should be in a dropping consistency.
And also liquid milk (tin milk) can be used in replace of water and satchet milk.

Cover the batter and allow to rest for 15 minutes

Deep frying method is required here

Fry in a relative low medium heat
In a dropping state

Note:::apply vegetable oil on your hand to aid smoothly dropping
