Hey People last week we talked about few Factors to Consider when Selecting a Venue........Let's get to learn more today

(C) Accessibility/Proximity/Safety:Hmmmm,some persons don't see this as a factor when choosing a Venue but I guarantee you that it is,How Easy is it for your guest to Nativigate to the place where the Event is to take place,Is it close by?,Do they have to travel Miles just to get to the Venue?,Except for let's say a Traditional Marriage that has to take place in the village and there are no options whatsoever to make changes, travelling For Miles can easily be understood.however Certain Considerations has to be made to guarantee the Safety of your guests.

(D) Facilities on Ground: You want your Event in a certain kind of way,let's say you would love to have a long ailse,your consideration has to be,does the hall in question have a long ailse,Do they have a Changing Room,Are all the Electric Sockets Working as it should? because this alone can mare the event(lightning/sounds/Effects),the hall Takes a thousand guest,How many Chairs/tables are they providing???,This and many money are things you should look out for...

A Venue is a place or Space where an Event would take place

Factors To Consider When Selecting a Venue

(A) Expected Number of Guests(ENG):The number of guests you're expecting gives you a clue as to the kind of hall to go for.lets say for instance your Event is for 100 guests, you definitely have to look for a hall that can take a Maximum of 150 guests for Aesthetic and Functionality Sake.

(B) BUDGET: Mr Budget cannot be neglected when Choosing a Venue,You will have lots of options to choose from in terms of Venue but Budget helps narrow down what you should go for.Mind you you could have different Halls that takes same Number of Guests but Aesthetics,Facilities on ground will be different..
