Fondant tip for my fellow baker's on how I achieved this sharp red fondant cake ;

Cover ur cake with a white fondant.
In a small bowl, put ur red food colour ( I used acabado).
Add edible spirit to the colour and mix it well till u achieve ur desired colour...
Get a small foam, dip it in the mixture and paint on ur fondant cake... It will dry out after some time and become very beautiful 😍.
