A chef has to eat healthy please😂🤤 😁 please try and take a fruit after every meal~very important.

In the plate we had mangoes and pineapples. Which is your favorite fruit?

My favorite in the whole plate was actually the pineapples, picture 2 can testify to that😉E sweet die, was really proud of myself for getting such a wonderful pineapple that I could comfortably eat without fear of spoiling my teeth. But, on a normal day, I'll go for Mangoes👌

Growing up I will hear, beans dey hard to done o infact never add salt or maggi until the beans is done and soft if not e no go soft again o.

But now I found out adding maggi and salt when the beans is not yet done even makes it soften on time. Shey na magic ni or 🤷‍♀️

Maybe there is something I'm yet to understand sha But really which is true? Or does it depend on the kind of beans? which have you tried??
