🎉🎂 Today marks not just another year added to my life, but the celebration of a quarter-century of resilience, growth, and blessings. As I stand on the threshold of my silver jubilee, I can't help but reflect on the journey that has brought me to this moment.

🙏 Gratitude fills my heart as I look back at the challenges I've faced and overcome, the obstacles I've tackled head-on, and the moments of triumph that have shaped me into the person I am today. Each setback was an opportunity for growth, each hurdle a chance to prove my strength, and each success a testament to the unwavering faith and determination that resides within me.

💪 Despite the storms that have threatened to shake me, I have remained steadfast in my resolve, holding onto hope and embracing the lessons learned along the way. No matter how small/big a cake looks, don’t tell a baker “is it not just flour & sugar”, because if only you know what we will go through just to deliver a 4 inches bento cake not to talk of wedding cakes, custom cakes, anniversary cakes and co.

The stress, sleepless nights, mind racing, time etc we would go through just to deliver a cake, you would pay us even more than you are charged.

Story! Story!! Storyyyyyy!!!

So my client texted me on WhatsApp that she wanted a money tower, I asked her the naira denomination & total amount she wants me to use for it and she said NGN ……k😋 in #500 notes.
I did my costing for the things I will need to work on it and added my chop money because na who work dey chop, after that I started making calls on how to get the new naira notes, because for our country 9ja you gats buy money with money 🥹😩.
After running helter skelter to get a cheaper vendor, I got one who sold the money at a low rate but ended up disappointing me. I nearly refunded my client because every other vendor were just selling a bundle of #500 for 20-30% of the total bundle 🤦‍♀️🥹.
I almost cried(cry cry baby like me🥹) trying to beg these vendors to reduce their prices. Omo, it wasn’t an easy experience, boom I saw a vendor who sold at a very fair price 16%. I paid him immediately and took the total bundles I needed for the job.

I got home and started cutting, wrapping and doing other things to get this beautiful work done. I decided to do a unusual/different style of money tower design.
