Nigeria Egg roll

- Flour 2 cups
- Butter 3 tablespoon.
- Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
- 5 boiled eggs
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- Lukewarm water
- Salt pinch
- Oil for frying

Procedure
In a sizeable bowl, add flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together in a bowl. Mix everything together properly and add melted butter.

Add water and mix. Knead dough together properly and keep for few minutes.

Roll out the dough on a table and cut it in a round shape ( the shape that will be enough to cover your cooked egg)

Take each of the dough to cover the boiled eggs

Fry in a deep frying method till it becomes brown in color

SCOTCH EGGS

Ingredients
-3 hardboiled eggs
-200g minced meat (sausage meat)
-1/2 teaspoon stock cube
- Pinch of nutmeg powder
-pinch of salt
-1/2 teaspoon chili powder
-50g plain flour
- 2 raw eggs (beaten)
-Vegetable Oil for Frying
-50g bread crumbs

Procedure
Pound or mice sausage meat. Boil eggs, peel off the shell and set aside

Crack raw egg, whisk it and set aside.

Place mixed meat into the bowl; add stock cube, nutmeg, chili powder, and salt. Mix thoroughly until well incorporated.

Flatten sausage meat on your palm. Roll the hardboiled egg on the flour and then place it on the flatten meat on your other palm. Roll the meat over the egg until the egg is completely covered with minced meat. Deep the meat covered egg into the raw egg, making sure that the meat covered egg is covered with the raw egg evenly.

Transfer the meat-covered-egg into a bowl with the bread crumbs and roll the egg in it, until the egg is completely covered with the bread crumbs. Repeat the process for the remaining eggs and set aside

Heat up vegetable oil on medium heat and fry the scotch eggs until brown. Transfer unto a sieve lined with paper towels.

Please, be inform that milk add moisture to cake which in return cause early arrival of fungus bacteria that allow cake to spoil early....

This the reason why I use less of milk in my cake recipe .... Egg will do well better than milk if your recipe is balanced... Just learn how to balance your recipe 👌

We can avoid preservative thing for small cakes. Yes! Cakes are meant to be consumed immediately.
All cakes apart from wedding cakes shouldn't last more than 4 days.

Wedding cakes definitely needs preservatives.
Decorating a wedding cake can take day.
That's the reason why we need to make take measure for preservation.
Believe me, when we say the best and lasting preservative for such is "Alcohol (Squard 5, 501, rum or Brandy), we'll create controversy from people because of religion beliefs...

Other preservatives though not a reason enough for keeping cake for more than 5 days are:

1. Sodium propionate ( AKA powdered preservative)

2. Lime or lemon zest

3. Lime or lemon juice

4. Sugar syrup

5. Ginger and garlic

Remember: Cake is better eaten Fresh 👌
