We are welcome to the year 2023, the much anticipated year. Thank God we made it in good health of mind and body. The new year is another opportunity to succeed where we did not in the previous year. We got to try little hard, show love and kindness, act more towards actualizing our dreams, don't just dream but see it come true. About today. So I have been hearing about lemon/Lime curd but have not find the time to try it, to have a taste of it until today. Today is one of my amazing clients birthday so decide to do something extra for him, He has been a good support for our brand.
I decided to try lime curd since I couldn't get Lemon around me. Trust me when I say this the taste is awesome like... I can't find the right word.
Bake our lime curd cake and filled it with the Lime curd, with whipped cream frosting.
So you know I won't be needing butter cream for my cake layering, the lime/lemon curd will do the yummilicous magic.
