Have you eaten hollandia red velvet cake before?
Worry not
Here is the recipe try it and thank me later
Recipe
1 hollandia milk =1 cup
2 flour= 300g
3 sugar =150g
4 oil=125ml
5 egg=3 piece
6 super aroma =1 cap
7 white vinegar= 15ml
8 BP=5ml*2
9 BS=2.5ml
10 coco powder=5ml
11 salt= 1.2 ml
Procedure
In your measuring cup pour in your hollandia milk add vinegar stir and set aside
2 In a bowl sieve in your flour, coco powder, BP, BS and salt set aside
3 In another bowl beat your sugar and egg until is fluffy, light and whitish in color
4 Add your oil and red velvet color and beat it
5 After that add your milk emulsion and super aroma and stir it
6 Alternative add the flour mixture and hollandia milk batch by batch, beginning and ending with flour
7 Bake for 45 to 1 hour depending on your oven type
Your hollandia red velvet cake is ready
