Awoko Olodumare Laugh your worries away

17/04/2024

You asked him N7,000, and your dad told you he will give you in the morning before he leaves for work. This was after he has thoroughly scrutinized what you needed the money for, all the questions he asked were already making you angry.

Throughout the night your dad couldn't sleep because he was thinking as to why he must sacrifice his last N7,000 for you

In the morning he calls you into his room and give you N6,000-00 instead of N7,000-00

You were not happy and squeezed your face in discontent, and reluctantly said thank you after complaining that it was not all you requested

Your mum after seeing this does not utter a word but meets you in your room where your dad is not present and give you N1,000 from her own money and say "don't mind him, add this to meet your needs .

You began to smile and quickly run to Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp to write.

"I have the best mum in the world, I love my mum".

Now your dad had gone out with just N500 in his pocket with no fuel in his car. Because of you, he uses public transport that day to work. He gives your mum N500 to enable her handle any emergency while he is away.

At work, he worked overtime. After closing late, everyone of you keeps saying "daddy is never always around except mum".

Your good dad will never allow you to see how much he suffers for the family because he is a MAN.

Always try to appreciate your dad your husband and brothers. It's not easy at all. We go through a lot to provide food, shelter and so on for the family

U won't know how much a male gender suffer just to provide the little you downgrade, some had to starve themselves just 4 you.

May GOD Almighty bless our Daddy... AMEN

Beautiful people , beautiful culture..

Osun, also known as Osun-Osogbo, is a prominent Orisa in Yoruba cosmology and mythology. She is considered one of the Orisha, which are divine beings that hold significant roles in the Yoruba pantheon. Osun is often associated with various aspects of life, including water, fertility, love, beauty, and healing.

Here are some key aspects of Osun in Yoruba belief :

1. **Fertility and Water:** Osun is strongly linked to water and fertility. She is often depicted as a river Orisa, and her presence is associated with rivers, streams, and other water bodies. Her connection to water symbolizes the life-giving and purifying properties of this essential element.

2. **Love and Beauty:** Osun is also regarded as the Orisa of love and beauty. She embodies qualities of charm, grace, and sensuality. Many Yoruba people seek her blessings for romantic relationships and marriages.

3. **Healing and Medicinal Plants:** Osun is believed to possess healing powers and is associated with various medicinal plants and herbs. People often visit her shrines seeking healing, especially for ailments related to fertility and childbirth.

4. **Art and Creativity:** Creativity is another domain associated with Osun. She is considered the patron of artists, musicians, and craftsmen. Her devotees often create intricate artworks, sculptures, and crafts in her honor.

5. **Offerings and Rituals:** Devotees of Osun offer various gifts and sacrifices at her shrines to seek her blessings. These offerings can include items such as fruits, flowers, jewelry, and clothing. Rituals and ceremonies are performed to honor her during events like the Osun-Osogbo festival.

6. **Syncretism in Afro-Caribbean Religions:** The worship of Osun has also transcended its Yoruba origins and has influenced Afro-Caribbean religions like Santería, Candomblé, and Vodou. In these traditions, she is often syncretized with Catholic saints, creating a unique blend of African and Catholic

Some Moral lesson to learn from Jagun Jagun is:

1 - Your best friend today might be your worst enemy tomorrow - Gbogunmi and Gbotija

2- Do not use other people's child for evil. It will come back to you -- Ogundiji and Iroyinogunkiitan

3 - Be courageous and bold but be tactical when challenging a corrupt system -- Iroyinogunkiitan and Gbotija

4 - Loyalty should be 100% or nothing - Moyale and Ditemola

5 - You don't agree with Wo/man on certain things at your own detriment -- Erinfunto and Ogundiji

6 - Men would never stop at anything to have heirs (Arole) women giving their womb to men for power or money should get sense --- Erinfunto and Ogundiji

7 - A woman who have nothing to lose would not mind bringing you down once they feel cheated and taking for granted - Erinfunto as a perfect example

8 - Three is a crowd, things involving two people is no longer a secret - Ogundiji's Son Ibrahim Chatta

9 - Spend quality time with your partner/loved ones, you might not have another opportunity. - Agemo and Gbotija

10 - Tread softly with a woman who know your source of power, finance, richness, popularity, it would only take her a second to bring you down --- Erinfunto and Ogundiji

Let me add this as bonus .... Be courageous to face challenge (s), it's preparing you for a greater success ahead.. Ogundiji thought he was throwing Gbotija into a journey of no return, not knowing he was actually digging his own's grave.🤔

COME LETS REASON TOGETHER

Going by the history that surrounds human existence either received by inspiration or poetic work, it was recorded that the Supreme God moulded human then breathe into his nostril, then we came into existence. If God should breathe in us, then we are replica of God i.e (we are God).
God never sleep nor slumber, that's why our soul and spirit (the spirit of God in us) will never sleep even when we thought we sleep, only the body sleep.
The body will return to where it belong when it expire(Our body has expiring date) and after that, the soul return to where it originally belong. If you allow the body to corrupt the soul during the period at which He resides in that body, then the soul will be condemn.
Get understanding about your existence and stop being a slave to the flesh that will perish. What profit a man that gains the whole world and looses his soul? *Don't loose your soul for ephemeral things of this world so that it will return safely to where it belong(God).

Good Morning to you in this house.
Hope you slept well.
I wanted to come yesterday,
But I knew you would be sleeping.
Reason Why I decided to come this morning.
Who offended you yesterday?
Why have you determined in your heart not to ever forgive the person?
I know you were greatly pained by the person action.
I know you were angry and disappointed.
But hear this:
Forgive,
So that you can be forgiven also.
God wants you to forgive even your enemies,
Not because he is taking side with him.
Not because God is partial,
But He say so because of you.
You will be blessed by forgiving.
Do you think you are also without sin?
You think you do not offend God in your sayings and doings?
Men have sinned and come short of His Glory,
But His mercy alone has saved man.
Forgive,
For how do you think it will be for you,
If the Goodness you have been

The forgetful Man
Lift your head,
O ye forgetful man,
Hear what I have to say.
Take your hands off your cheeks.
Hear me!
Not enough will soon turn to more than enough.
Have you forgotten so soon?
How you were saved from the problems of yesterday.
You never knew you could get salvation.
But you did!
You came out of the betrayal strong.
You came out of your best friend traps unscathed.
This present issue you are facing,
You will equally be saved.
Don't worry,
Stop running around,
God will save you,
He saved you from your past problems.
He will save you this time,
He does not fail.
Remember yesterday victory.
Start your thanksgiving now,
For you are coming out stronger.
Count it all joy.
God remains your shield.
