I know you all are not familiar with seeing long captions as this on my page, please bear with me as I tell you about my 2023.
It’s few days to the end of 2023 and when I look back at how this year started, all I can say is Alhamdulilah.
I actually started 2023 with a very positive mind, unlike the previous years. I intentionally didn’t write myself a new year Resolution because I feel like it’s a sort of deadline that can really pressure you and run you into depression. Rather I would be more intentional about my growth and everything that can aid it.
Earlier this year, I resumed school after been at home for about 11 Months due to ASUU strike last year. So I had to pause my work and focus on school. Then demands for my cake and pastries started from all my friends who knew what I was into. I couldn’t resist so I had to start my work again.
Around Early July, I got my very first Oven and I was so happy. I took it to school and I started working back fully. I thought it would be hard combining both work and schooling together. But as for me, it motivated me to still be really focused on my studies, because I didn’t one to affect the other . It was a really good time for me, because I was able to stretch beyond my limits.
My friends patronized me this year, and kept referring me. I changed my Chin chin from Jar to The Pouch Nylon and I got really nice compliments about it. Growth and healthy movement right there😊.
