How to fry pop corn at home
Ingredients
1/4 cup vegetable or coconut oil
1/2 cup popcorn kernels (yellow or white)
Salt or sugar, to taste

Instructions
Pour the oil into a large heavy bottom pot (with lid.) The oil should cover the bottom of the pot.
Warm the oil over medium-high heat.
Place 3 kernels in the oil, in the center of the pot; wait for the kernels to pop.
Once the kernels pop, remove them with a slotted spoon and discard, then add the 1/2 cup kernels, making sure they’re in an even layer.
Cover the pot and remove from the heat. Count to 30.
Return pot to the heat. (The popcorn will soon begin popping, and all at once.)
Once the popping is more intense, gently shake the pot back and forth over the burner, leaving a slight opening for steam to escape (which results in crispier popcorn.)
Once the popping settles down in between pops, remove the pan from the heat, remove the lid, and immediately pour the popcorn into a big bowl.
Sprinkle the hot popcorn with a little salt or sugar to taste (and drizzle with melted butter, if using) and enjoy!

CHAPMAN

*RECIPE*
1/4 cup grenaldine (red) or base of cup of Ribena
1/3 cup fanta
1/3 cup sprite
Drops of angostura bitters
Ice cubes

METHOD
Put ½ filled ice cubes in a cup, Add ¼ grenaldine syrup OR 4 table spoon black currants tasty time. Add equal measure of sprite and fanta,
Add drops of Augustura bitters or Campari or any bitters. Garnish with cucumber, umbrella and straw.

ALTERNATIVES IN CHAPMAN
Angostura bitters can be replaced with Aperito/campari (use a capful per cup). Grenaldine syrup can be replaced with Ribena/tasty time/mix to drink.Note that for large parties, tasty time/mix to drink is best bet because it is more affordable than grenaldine syrup simply add little by little and add grenaldine. Ensure you achieve that glowing red colour.
But the STANDARD RECIPE IS THE ANGOSTURA BITTERS. The aroma alone is so inviting and second to none!

Note
Ice cubes are very important especially for big events and taste. This is because the ice reduces quantity of drink poured into cup thereby giving more profit.

*Pastors falling and dying while on the pulpit ....*

* Pastoring people isn't a death sentence.
* Fast with caution
* Go for medical check ups
* You do not need to organize church services round the clock
* Create time for vacation and rest
* Pastoring does not exclude you from medication
* You are not the saviour of the Church, serve within your ability
* If you have health issues or red flag, take a break and get treated, enjoy bed rest...that is what Jesus would want you to do.
* Don't pretend to be perfect to the Body of Christ, let them also pray for you and water you
* Accept that the Church of God will march on without you
* Pastoring does not make you a covering over people...if you don't take care of yourself, you will be hit
* Don't be over spiritual with health issues, eat when necessary, fast when necessary...don't run 40days services day and night fasting, you may collapse
* You are human like everyone, ask for help when you can. Ask someone else to take the pulpit, sit and enjoy the service
* You also have personal challenges as humans, do the needful when you also need someone's shoulder. You are not God.
* The church is a family, you are part of that family and not the head of the family. When you run it as a CEO of a business, you will not be able to stop or slow down your pace and speak to people as one of them.
* Next week, delegate assignment to the church, ask different sections in church for the views, opinions and thoughts about scriptures..make it a family place.
* There is no law asking you to stand teaching, re arrange the chairs and sit amongst people teaching. Save some strength, it is wisdom.
* You have been preaching year after year, let the church on their own review scriptures, sit and enjoy the harmony among brethren
* A pastor may experience high blood pressure..if you see the red flags, dont stop praying...but keep the prayer going as you head to the hospital, not to church service.
* If you feel dizzy and faint during a fast
