In this season when we all have to ensure and do our very best to keep our immune systems at top notch, a friend shared this image and I thought it would help someone if I shared too.
Tomatoes ๐๐ฅฐ, personally I love eating them fresh, my roomies used to call me a vegetarian back then in school. I would also throw a few into my smoothies ๐๐ฅฐ. (Did I hear someone say 'eewwww'๐)๐
