The smell of Ofada Rice is not because there’s any species of rice with such smell. It’s simply due to using the same water repeatedly to process several batches of rice over weeks till it’s stinking like dead bodies before they change the water.

Throwback night

10 hours marathons cooking competition without a minute break. From 10am to 8pm.

Two groups were involved : The Achievers and visionary group

12 different Foods were prepared

-Pan cake, cookies, shawarma, pizza, fruit parfait, cake parfait, Chinese rice with shredded beef sauce, jollof rice, fried rice, Amala, gbegiri and ewedu, iyan and egusi, barbecue fish.

Aims
1. To Boosts our Students confidence.
2. We believe competitions can enhance cooking skills and self discipline, and even learn humility.
3. To help our students to gain wide visibility into the labor market.
