I stopped making yogurt since the price of milk wants to carry me to where I don’t know again…….
This night after covering our Saturday cake I got a call from one of my client online that she will be needing yogurt to celebrate her husband on Sunday, I told her I don’t have yogurt that milk is extremely expensive she asked how much I now sell if I want to sell?
I just smile and say 1200 per plastics that’s 35cl she agreed to pay and order for 15plastic I was so fulfil and happy because my client they knows the quality of what they buy from us.

Hubby na man you be after God na you. Indeed God time is the best.
You see those boys online selling mixers and the rest una do well oooooo. So last week I have save to get my spiral mixer since my 20kg is no longer serving me and my plug gave me price I almost collapsed I pleaded he supplier me with so so so amount and that was the last I heard from him.
Today I summoned courage and went to the almighty Alaba intentional market after long trekking up and down me and my boss. Infact my boss God will bless her for me.
Finally we met Solistar industrial machines and this woman was my prayer answer because God used her to answer my prayers today. She gave us for less price compare to what my vendor gave me, the difference was 250k imagine if I had not taken that bold steps to visit Alaba myself today? She even gave us 2years warranty, infact I still couldn’t believe my ears until I pay and even used the extra money to get other things from her.
Things are expensive we all know but putting 250k to an equipment is just too much. To even say have been patronizing this guy for almost 3years now,
Will I get anything from him again the answer is CAPITAL NO he has lost me.
My advise please bakers try and buy things from those importing direct to avoid story like this. Finally I got my spiral mixer 12.5kg I’m so so happy.

Recipe for 7minute cake
Flour 250gram
Sugar 250 gram you can reduce to 200
Butter 250 gram
Eggs 250gram
1big lemon both juice and zest
Flavors 1teaspoon any one of your choice
Baking powder 1teaspoon
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Direction
Combine everything together and mix on a high speed for 7minutes your cake is ready to bake.
This cake melts in the mouth.

This was how we went out yesterday. Moving this mixer from my studio to the church premises was not an easy thing, I had to look for 5able men to help me out.
