Egg roll recipe/ Buns
Flour. 500g
Butter 50g
Sugar. 80g -100g
Salt. 1/8tsp (a pinch)
Baking powder. 1tsp (5ml)
Yeast. 1tsp
Vanilla flavour 1tsp
Water 1cup
Eggs 10
Extra flour for kneding
Vegetable oil
Procedure,:
Boil eggs, peel and set aside
In a bowl, sieve in flour, add butter, salt and sugar, rub in the butter with your finger tips
Add in baking powder and yeast mix together
Add flavour and water, gently mix in the water to get a slightly light dough
Cut a small handful of the dough, gotten the dough on your palm. Place the egg inside the kneding flour and put it in the middle of the dough and gently use the dough to wrap up the egg
Make sure there's no tear as you wrap the egg
Same producers for Buns but you little water for the buns You just cut the sizes you want and you fry
Heat up your vegetable hot and fry in medium heat until it's golden brown
