Chin chin

Recipe:
Flour 1kg
Sugar 200g
200g butter
Milk 125ml
3 TSP Milk flavour powder
½tsp of condense milk flavour (optional)
1tsp baking powder
1tsp of nutmeg
2 tsp of cinnamon
2eggs
1tsp salt
Water
Oil for frying

Method
- Sieve flour into a bowl
- Add all dry ingredients together
- Add butter, mix to get garri texture.
- Add egg and mix all
- Add water to get a good texture, If watery it will soak oil
- Flour a work surface, place your dough, roll and cut to desired size

Fry in deep pot, little at a time
