BREAKING NEWS: GET ANY MONEY YOU TRANSFER BACK. NO HIDING PLACE FOR FRAUD IN NIGERIA ANYMORE.

In case you mistakenly transferred Money to the wrong account and the account refused to refund your money, the owner blocked you,
or you are duped through your bank account and then later realize that you have been scammed.
Or is it a mistake on your part? And the receiving bank is not cooperating...

FOR HOW TO RETRIEVE YOUR MONEY AFTER YOUR WRONG TRANSFER -

Please read this carefully and share.

Many people don't always know what to do, so today am sharing with you things you'll do when you realize the person you paid for a service or goods is avoiding you:

1. Write out the Full name and account number of the page or person.

2. Go to the last notification your bank sent you after you made the payment (via mobile app or text) and copy out the "TRANSACTION ID NUMBER".

3. Go to any branch of the scam artist's bank (the bank you transferred to), and ask to see the CUSTOMER SERVICE in charge of FRAUD.

While you are there, send an email to SCAMMER'S BANK or the bank you wrongly paid to and copy CBN FRAUD DESK ([email protected]) and also [email protected]
& [email protected], this will ginger the bank to take it up fast.

What should you expect from this? The culprit/suspect's account will be PLACED ON HOLD. His BVN will be blocked permanently. No account will ever be opened nor will he be able to transact banking business in that name until he clears himself with the bank.

Meaning he/she cannot transfer or withdraw until they visits the bank, and when they do, the bank will contact the police, and the suspect when proven guilty will sign a waiver allowing the bank to refund your money.

Endeavor to Share with Friends and Family because you never can tell who it might help.
Copied.

19/12/2023

The sacrament of matrimony, or marriage, is a sacred institution reserved for baptised individuals, specifically between male and female, as created by God for their well-being and the procreation and education of their offspring. The Roman Catholic Church has consistently upheld this teaching based on the Scriptures.

Recent headlines about Pope Francis's declaration, "Fiducia supplicans," which addresses questions raised by some bishops regarding the sanctity of marriage, may have left you contemplating the potential consequences of such approval, especially concerning same-sex couples. Let me provide some explanations.

Firstly, the Church remains steadfast in her core biblical teachings on the nature of marriage, emphasising its foundation between a man and a woman. However, it is crucial to understand the declaration itself.

Contrary to some interpretations, the document does not signify an approval of same-sex marriage. Rather, it aligns with a fundamental principle of the Church: "bless, not curse" (Rom. 12:14). The declaration emphasises that a blessing serves as a means to deepen trust in God, expressing and nurturing openness to transcendence, mercy, and closeness to God in various life circumstances, even for those in irregular unions.

The document clarifies that when a couple in an “irregular” situation or same-sex couples seek a blessing, it should not coincide with the ceremonies of a civil union or bear resemblance to wedding rituals. Instead, it suggests alternative contexts like visits to shrines, meetings with priests, group prayers, or pilgrimages.

Now, you might wonder about potential risks to the sanctity of the sacrament of matrimony. Could this lead to consciously blessing sin, and what are the limits to this blessing? These are valid concerns.

The declaration emphasises that blessings should be evaluated as acts of devotion, and those seeking a blessing should not be required to demonstrate moral perfection as a precondition. It acknowledges that spontaneous requests for blessings can occur in various settings, meant for everyone without exclusion.

There is no cause for alarm. However, it is crucial to constantly pray for the Church and her leaders, recognising the need for more grace.

May these developments not weaken your faith. Amen.

Feel free to ask any questions. 🙋🏾‍♂️

Procrastination can be a major roadblock to productivity. It often leads to missed deadlines, unfinished projects, and a general feeling of stress and overwhelm. The good news is that there are effective strategies you can use to overcome procrastination and become more productive. Reading this doesn’t mean that you will be instant motivated to become productive and quit procrastinating but instead it’s a foundation/first step to overcoming this hindrance in your life. Regardless remember that you have goals and they will not achieve themselves.

The soul of a lazy man desires, and has nothing; But the soul of the diligent shall be made rich. - Proverbs 13:4 NKJV

Identify Your Procrastination Triggers

The first step in overcoming procrastination is to identify the things that trigger it. This may be a certain task you dread doing, feelings of overwhelm, or your environment. Usually the first thing we procrastinate to do everyday is waking up and sometimes we could even find ourselves procrastinating to sleep and it’s worse when it’s a combination. The first step to overcoming procrastination could be waking up as soon as you hear your alarm ringing and avoid using your phone 30 minutes after waking up.

Obviously most procrastination happens during the day so your triggers could be gaming or social media so instead of mindless scrolling and unending gaming avoid using your phone or opening games and social media during the time you are meant to spend being productive. For others it could be fear of failure, feeling bored by work, feeling tired etc. Once you know what triggers your procrastination, you can take steps to avoid or minimize those triggers.

Break Tasks into Smaller Parts

Large tasks or projects can be overwhelming and lead to procrastination. Break them into smaller parts and focus on one part at a time. This makes the task more manageable and less intimidating. This usually works because you start to look at your tasks as a game with levels to achieve, not to say look at your work as a waste of time but this can make it fun and easier to do. If you have to write an assignment, clean and then cook you could start by writing your assignment then when you are done with it take a small break or eat as snack as a reward. After that start cleaning and once you finish reward yourself with a ten minute break again or a snack then move on to the next task. This can also improve your efficiency.

Create a Schedule

Procrastination often occurs when we don't have a clear plan or schedule. Create a schedule for each day, including specific tasks and deadlines. Stick to this schedule as closely as possible. If you know your way with making spreadsheets then you can create one or use templates and print it out and put it on your wall or desk or anywhere to check and update yourself. Scheduling can help you do more in the allocated time or even in less time which could mean more free time to do other things. If you can’t make a spreadsheet you can set alarms or reminders on your phone’s clock app or on your calender as long as it rings and reminds you to work or what to work on try it.

Eliminate Distractions

Distractions can be a major culprit in procrastination. Identify your biggest distractions and eliminate them as much as possible. This may mean turning off your phone, closing email and social media tabs, or finding a quiet workspace away from distractions. As mentioned in the first point about identifying your triggers you need to be get rid of all distractions and anything that could steal and waste the time that you could spend being productive. If this means that you should change your environment then do so, instead of studying in your room go to a library or if you can’t work from home rent out office space in the CBD or anywhere that requires you to leave your house.

Use Positive Reinforcement

Positive reinforcement can be a powerful motivator. Celebrate your small wins and accomplishments, and reward yourself for meeting your goals. As mentioned in the section about breaking your work into smaller parts you can reward yourself for every milestone of productivity that you achieve. However make sure you avoid rewarding yourself with a distraction if you know you don’t have self control. Replace the distractions with productive and fruitful rewards, for example if you can’t reward yourself with using TikTok then reward yourself with watching an educational YouTube video that way you learn and relax further improving yourself.

Conclusion

Procrastination can be a difficult habit to break, but with these strategies, you can overcome it and increase productivity. With consistent effort, you can overcome procrastination and achieve your goals be sure to pray and read your Bible everyday, stay blessed and I hope this article helped you.

The only people with a DUTY to look after you are your parents. If they die before you reach adulthood, the DUTY falls on their next of kin. Relatives are not WICKED for refusing to look after you while your parents are alive and having more children. If this truth can be accepted by Black Africans, the animosity amongst relatives and the fear of 'village people' will reduce. You say your uncles and aunties are wicked because they do not look after you, when your parents are alive and still popping out children. Ask yourself who is more wicked between them and your parents that gave birth to children they could not take care of? Entitlement mentality is the cause for almost all bad blood in Black Africa!

There is panic and apprehension within the top hierarchy of the CBN and Nigerian Incentive Risk Based Risk Sharing System for Agricultural Lending (NIRSAL) as the team deployed to support the Special Investigator appointed by President Bola Tinubu to probe the activities of the apex bank and related entities commences intelligence findings

Jim Obazee a Special Investigator in a letter dated August 18 wrote to the Inspector General of Police requesting for the deployment of four senior officers to his office to facilitate the smooth take-off and ex*****on of his assignment.

In response, the IGP conveyed approval in a letter dated September 6 and signed on his behalf by CP Abaniwonda S. Olufemi. The letter titled, ‘Deployment of Police Personnel’ with reference numberTH:5361/FS/FHQ/ABJ/T.5/428, listed the deployed officers as DCP Eloho Edwin Okpoziakpo; CSP Celestine Odo; CSP Segun Aderoju and DSP Tijani A. Bako.

startling preliminary intelligence by the investigator’s team headed by DCP Eloho Edwin Okpoziakpo is already sending jitters down the spines of top management staff of the CBN and the Nigerian Incentive Risk Based Risk Sharing System for Agricultural Lending (NIRSAL).

the investigators are also set to unravel how the Anchor Borrowers Funds were being kept as fixed deposits by parties close to the embattled CBN governor.

People who are currently in panic mode, including an aide of the ex-CBN governor who is said to have operated a total of 61 bank accounts that included 44 fixed deposit accounts and 2 treasury bills accounts.

Apart from investigating the N5.6 billion wheat project scandal in Kano and Jigawa states, a source said that the investigators would also probe the alleged allocation of about 600,000 monthly for the upkeep of the former MD’s dogs.

There are Destruction of files, and records at NIRSAL, in order to scuttle the ongoing investigation of NIRSAL by DCP Eloho and his team. Sources familiar with the investigation said among the destroyed office documents is a contract for the development of the ICT Policy.
“Although financial trails show payments made multiple times for the same contract, the record of this contract has disappeared from NIRSAL’s procurement department. unless the investigation team deploys ways and means of obtaining the necessary contract records and documents, they may have hitches getting into the root of the matter.”

BREAKING

President Muhammadu Buhari has signed 16 Constitution Amendment Bills into Law. By this signing, State Houses of Assembly & Judiciaries now have constitutionally-guaranteed financial independence, while Railways have moved from Exclusive Legislative List to the Concurrent List.

Another landmark change: By virtue of the Presidential Assent, Nigerian States can NOW generate, transmit and distribute electricity in areas covered by the national grid. Wasn't allowed pre-amendment.

This is genuine, realistic Restructuring — through the Constitution.

Prisons" - now known as "Correctional Services" - has also now moved from the Exclusive Legislative List, to the Concurrent List.
Meaning that States now have the power to establish Correctional and Custodial facilities, and State Assemblies have the power to legislate on such.

One of the new Amendments to the Constitution mandates the President and Governors "to submit the names of persons nominated as Ministers or Commissioners within sixty days of taking the oath of office for confirmation by the Senate or State House of Assembly..."

Couples of constitution of amendment changing some names of local governments was done. In Ogun State, Egbado North and Egbado South Local Government Areas are now to be known and addressed as Yewa North and Yewa South respectively.

In Ebonyi, Afikpo North and Afikpo South LGAs are now to be known as Afikpo and Edda LGAs respectively.

CA Bills originally passed by NASS included one for FINANCIAL AUTONOMY for LOCAL GOVERNMENTS, replacing the controversial "State Joint Local Government Account" w/ a new "Local Govt Council Allocation Account"—to be credited directly.
Not enough State Assemblies concurred, sadly.

With Railways moving from Exclusive to Concurrent, it means Rail no longer exclusive preserve of Federal Govt/NASS. States will now be able to MAKE LAWS regulating establishment & operation of rail services WITHIN their territory. Inter-State Rail will remain FGN responsibility.

Symbols of Kuchicheb Festival: Understanding Their Meanings

By Rikwense Muri

It has been a while since the Kuteb nation gathered in one place to celebrate the popular Kuchicheb Festival. According to Taraba state ministry of culture and Tourism, Kuchicheb Festival is one of the traditional festivals in the state that is a source of tourism to both national and international tourists. It has added to the economic development of Takum and the state in general.

Many Kuteb in diaspora came to buid in Takum because of Kuchicheb Festival when all Kuteb are expected back home. Takum was a home to many Hotels because of this epic gathering. Today despite the long banned on the festival by Taraba state government, many Kuteb still celebrate it in diaspora hoping and praying for the day they will be allowed to do same at home in Takum.

As I view from the social media how our youths are celebrating, I feel.I should share my views on what I saw in those days when Kuchicheb was held in Takum. We can replicate this in all the areas of our dwelling. We can also understand the motives behind what we do on that day.

*Nonsymbols of Kuchicheb Festival*

Let me start by sharing what Kuchicheb does not symbolize. The followings are not symbols of Kuchicheb Festival:

1. Iki Masquerade: Iki Masquerade is not a symbol of Kuchicheb festival. The Kuteb have Iki festival in various clans outside Kuchicheb. Iki is part of Kuchicheb but it's not the symbol of Kuchicheb. Those posting Iki all over the social media should take note of this. This is Kuchicheb Festival, not Iki Festival.

2. Palm leaves: Palm leaves are symbols of Iki Festivals but not Kuchicheb. During Kuchicheb only owners of Iki or Uruzu, or Chikiben masquerade uses Palm leaves and not the generality of the Kuteb people. I saw some youths covered with palm leaves. They should be informed that all Kuchicheb festivals in history did not present iyan Iki as symbol of Kuchicheb. They should ensure that before they use the Palm leaves, their Iki masquerade is by their side.

3. War and violence: Kuchicheb is a Festival, not a war. This misunderstanding has led to Kuteb being attacked during Kuchicheb because the nature of the celebrations makes some people uncomfortable. This shouldn't be so. During Kuchicheb, no one is ready for war. We just want to go back to farm. Attaching Kuchicheb with violence is handwork of politicians that want to see Takum as a divided society for political gains. Together all inhabitants of Takum can resist this notion so as no make this time a period of peace and unity.

*The Symbols of Kuchicheb Festival*

Having looked at what Kuchicheb is not, let's look at those things that only takes place during Kuchicheb festival thereby serve as its symbols. They are many but let me share just a few:

1. Women Hairstyle and beats: during Kuchicheb women make a particular round hairstyle and beats around the waist to symbolize the Festival.

2. Iya Ussa: Women are significant in Kuchicheb because it is a Woman that lead the procession to the Mountain of fire to carry the mystery fire. This add colour and beauty to the procession. Kuteb has only one Iya Ussa who chooses the next Iya Ussa when she is old. The current Iya Ussa is a young lady named Ndakwe. But since the last Iya Ussa chose her, she is yet to lead a Kuchicheb procession to mysterious Mountain.

3. Ukwe Takum: The Kuchicheb Festival projects the Ukwe Takum as the Paramount Leader of the Kuteb nation. He leads others follows. It's the day Ukwe is expected to ride a horse with members of his Council and other traditional Rulers to bless Kuteb nation. All the traditional Chiefs in Kuteb nation can be graded to first class but during Kuchicheb, it is Ukwe Takum that will lead out according to tradition. This showcases Kuteb embrace of Peace, unity and order.

4. Kukwen Rikwen: These are the priests of all the clans in Kuteb land that carry out sacrifices and prayers on behalf of the Kuteb people to than God bountiful harvest and seek the blessing of the rain for the next farming season. Most of the Kukwen in Kuteb land are death, the remaining are very old. We need new Kukwen to replace them.

5. Kuchicheb Wears: Having said that Palm leaves are not symbols of Kuchicheb, the Festival has its special Kuteb traditional attires of of blue thick clothe. This is used by both male and female. The other one is white thick clothe use mostly by women. On this day, the cap for is special and the beats are special. A very beautiful outing in style and glamour of a rich culture of peace and unity. Oh my Kuchicheb!!!

6. Procession: During Kuchicheb, we move in mass to symbolize the migration of the Kuteb from ancient Egypt down to its current land in the Benue valley.

7. Yangtu Kuchicheb Ground: This is the Kuchicheb Ground in Takum after GSS Takum before GVTSS. That place is a symbol of Kuteb unity and Congregation to seek divine blessing from God.

8. The Kutumbu: This is only heard during Kuchicheb and emergency situations. It calls Kuteb to order for important issue of Kuteb national interest.

8. Celebration: Kuchicheb is a day of celebration, dance, songs and festivities.

*Conclusion*

The Kuchicheb is such a beautiful Festival which use to be plan in such a way that it embraces all religious affiliations by allowing everyone to do it the way that it soothes their faith: Traditional religion adherents, Muslims and Christians can all celebrate Kuchicheb in ways that soothes their faiths. This is because the Festival recognize the role of God Almighty (Rimam Pupwen) in the affairs of the Kuteb nation. Kuteb because of Kuchicheb are natural believers in God of the Heavens as the owner of the mother earth that we farm upon, the rain and fire which are needed in order for humanity to survive. But on Kuchicheb day, the Kuteb nation celebrate God in a diverse way.

Kuchicheb also contributes to the political unity of the Kuteb nation who takes order from the Ukwe Takum. It is absent of Ukwe Takum and the banned on Kuchicheb Festival that has contributed to the division in Kuteb land. Hence if Kuteb are serious about unity and political progress, we must join hands to ensure the Ukwe Takum is enthroned and Kuchicheb Festival is restored.

Congratulations to Kuteb nation.

Happy Kuchicheb Day 2023. Kuteb ndebeb wu be. Kuteb reh!!!! Woahhhhahaha!!!
