Cultural Parade: by 8am. from secretariat to crest hotel.
Opening Ceremony: by 10:30. At crest Hotel and Gardens.
Features, cultural presentation from the 17 local government areas of Plateau, as well as other cultures base on the Plateau, food exhibitions, art exhibitions, drama and music concerts

On the 31st;
Award and Closing Ceremony: by 2pm at Crest Hotel and Gardens.
