Hello my Jos Mummies and daddies 🥳🥳🥳🎊 It's almost that time of the year when our kids are free from school activities and are home almost doing nothing. Some will make you talk and yell for the whole day leaving you stressed out 😂.
But MIRA'S CAKE PALACE N'MORE is here for you my dias😁. We're here to take that stress from you my darlings😁.
So we bring you KIDS IN THE KITCHEN with Mira SEASON 2!!!

So I've been trying my hands on new recipes lately and I totally love the outcomes.
And today , I want to share with you this fail proof EGG ROLL recipe I love so much.

INGREDIENTS:
4-5 boiled eggs
Flour 1 and half cup
Baking powder 1/2tsp
Nutmeg 1/3tsp
Sugar 2tbsp(or more)
Butter 1tbsp
Water more than 1/2 cup
Lemon zest 1tsp
Cinnamon 1/2 tsp

PROCEDURE:
*First, boil your eggs and allow to sit in cold water for easy de-shelling.
* Sieve your flour into a clean dry bowl
*Add baking powder
*Add nutmeg
* Add sugar and mix thoroughly
*Add butter and coarse with your hands
*Add cinamom powder & lemon zest and combine thoroughly.
*Add water gradually and check your consistency
*knead for a while, not too much
*place on your work table and cut into 4 pieces and roll out each piece (just enough to wrap an egg)
*take your boiled egg,coat it with flour.
* wrap your rolled out doughs round your eggs one after the other and smoothen them with you hands or on your work table,Make sure there's flour on your palm so it won't stick
*fry in a deep hot oil/make sure you reduce your heat source to the minimum while frying
* while still in the oil, use a fork to pierce it in two places, so the heat can pe*****te into it.
