The festival is scheduled for December 22nd, 2024, and I can't wait to share this experience with all of you. The purpose of the event is to showcase homemade jollof rice recipes ( strictly), ranging from one to five different types. Interestingly, the term "Nigerian Jollof" is often used only when people are outside Nigeria. In Nigeria, it's simply referred to as "jollof." My goal is to create a unique homeland recipe that people from different states can identify with, hence the concept of "Kaduna Jollof." A festival of jollofication and celebration of the homemade recipe as the tagline. But Before the event Kaduna Jollof will hit the market.
