1.frying doughnuts on high heat:
Frying your doughnuts on high heat can make your doughnut look burnt and raw inside.when you fry your doughnut on a low heat,it gives your doughnut a golden brown color and a white attractive line at the middle,but make sure u monitor your cooking light so your doughnut won't get burnt or soak oil.
2.make use of parchment papers:
This papers are very important to use,after cutting your doughnuts into different sizes,place Dem on a parchment paper covered with sprinkled flour.avoid touching your kneaded doughnuts with your hands, instead make use of a parchment paper to carry ur doughnuts when they are ready to fry.after fry, place your doughnuts on your parchment papers to cool down.
3.Allow your doughnut to cool before milk coating:
Many make mistake and milk coat their doughnuts while it's still hot.No that's very wrong to do,allow your doughnut to cool bfr you pipe your milk filling to avoid a messy doughnut and a watery milk filling.
4.light milk filling:
Having a light milk filling will give your doughnut a messy look,the fillings might stain the pack you used in putting your doughnuts and you will see your doughnut looking soaked and messy before you get to your customers destination.your milk filling should be a bit thick and not too light.
5.handle your packaged doughnuts with care while going for delivery,bad roads and traffick might affect our packaged doughnuts☺️.
