โ To prevent your unripe plantains from ripening, keep in a bowl of water for as long as you want them to remain unripe, take them out when you want them to ripen.
โ Never use water to put off fire in the kitchen, but rather use fire extinguisher or baking soda.
โ Ginger, garlic and tumeric are very important spices to modern kitchen
โ Rats don't like black pepper. Sprinkle black pepper in places where you find rats, they'll run and never come back there.
