The final MD1 of the SociaLiga 5-aside Corporate League, season 3 played on November 9 at the Herel Play, Lagos was a showdown and worth the wait!

Team BetKing and Team Paga are not new to the league or each other but they came with new recipes and what a feast it was! With five (5) goals total and a spectacular show of dribbles, goals, attempts, shots and saves.

Two of our debutants this season went head to head in MD1 and when we say head to head…

In an intense match that saw us holding on to the edges of our seats, Team Abbey Mortgage and Team Unified Payments started their first SociaLiga 5-aside season with a bang in a battle that saw both teams throwing everything at each other and never backing down until the final whistle.

The match ended 2-1 in favour of Team Abbey Mortgage.

Match Day 2 of the SociaLiga 5-aside corporate league is happening this Saturday, November 23 at Herel Play, Ikoyi Lagos.

After successfully trumping debutants Team Providus, Team 99 Apartments will try to increase their tally on the table against Team Ofadaboy who have everything to play for after their MD1 loss against Team Payville.

It will be a battle of the new comers between Team Abbey Mortgage who enjoyed a successful first outing in MD1, and Team Providus who are yet to get a point after losing their first match.

Team Payville who already have a win, will be going against Team Paga who are going into tot match without a win yet to their name following their MD1 loss to Team BetKings.

When the match is between two teams who have a grudge to settle against each other, you already know it’s going to be a show.

With four(4) goals scored and a new season for deciding who is the better team between these two rivals, it was a continuation of the intense display between these two and what a cracker it was!

Team Payville has however drawn the first blood by winning their MD1 match against their old rivals, Team Ofadaboy. The match ended 3-1.

A total of Ten (10) goals was scored in this fire cracker match between Team 99Apartments and Team Providus. It was a game that gave us everything but still left us craving more.

Both sides gave their all and pushed each other to their limits. With great tackles, sweet dribbles, perfect blocking and beautiful goals to crown it all. It ended with Team 99Apartments coming out on top with six (6) goals to Team Providus’ four (4)

That the SociaLiga Corporate League Season 3 kicked off last week, November 9 at the Herel Play Lagos is no longer news.

The news is that a total of Twenty three (23) goals scored on Match Day 1! You can already tell that the teams are not here to play and this season will be one for the books!

The last time these two met at the Playoffs, Team Ofadaboy came out the winner in a 5-3 show stopper against Season 2 SociaLiga Corporate league winners, Team Payville.

Familiar foes and old friends, Team Payville and Team Ofada are going head to head this Saturday, November 9 at the Herel Play, Lagos for the SociaLiga Corporate League 3 opening day.

Welcome to November or the Month of the SociaLiga Corporate League Season 3, if you’re feeling fancy.

The third season of our 5-aside corporate league competition will feature old rivals and new kids on the block and is scheduled to commerce with Match day 1 on Saturday, November 9 at Herel Play, Lagos at 3:00pm and above is the fixture.

Match of the day is between defending champions, Team 99 Apartments and Team Providus who will be making their debut. Will the new comers get one over our defending champions and go home with all three points or will Team 99Apartments show them who the king of the turf is??

Stills from the Final Match at the last SociaLiga 5-a-side tournament was between Team 99 Apartments and Team Payville. In a showdown that was like Dejavu and ended with Team 99 Apartments once again getting the better of Team Payville in a SociaLiga Final and going home with the coveted Trophy.

Final scores at full time was 1-0 and the winner was Team 99 Apartments who have for the third time come out overall winners. A big boost for the third Season to come.

The SociaLiga 5ves pre-season tournament is happening tomorrow and here are the final 16 corporate brands and groupings.

Join us tomorrow, August 24 at The Herel play, 14 Ruxton Road, Ikoyi from 8am to witness these corporate brand giants bring their A game to the football field.

This event will also feature our popular games night and after party with a host of other fun activities to everyone to enjoy.
