Simple recipe white chocolate filling for doughnuts:

Ingredients:

150g white chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon unsalted butter

Prep:

In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it begins to simmer.

Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the chopped white chocolate and unsalted butter.

Stir the mixture continuously until the chocolate and butter are completely melted and the mixture is smooth.

Allow the mixture to cool slightly before using it as a filling for your doughnuts.

Once cooled, transfer the filling into a piping bag fitted with a round tip.

Insert the piping tip into the side of each doughnut and gently squeeze the filling into the center until it starts to ooze out.
Repeat with the remaining doughnuts.

How to make sweetcorn for fried rice or other home made food with fresh corn at home.

HOMEMADE SWEET CORN RECIPE.

💧 Fresh yellow corn 🌽
💧 Sugar
💧 bicarbonate of soda (baking soda)
💧 White vinegar (Preservative)
💧 Salt
💧 Water
💧 A glass jar

PROCEDURES
💧 Separate the corn grains from the cob.

💧 Wash and add to a pot, pour in enough water, add little salt & a teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda then boil till its done and edible. (If your corn is not yellow enough, you can drop in a small quantity of fresh turmeric into the boiling corn grains, to give it that shiny yellow color) 😋

💧 Once it's done, seive out excess water and pour the corn grains in a glass jar. Now add 2 or 3 tablespoons of sugar, a pinch of salt and few drops of white vinegar.

💧 Boil hot water and pour into the corn jar, pour at least till the water covers the grains, stir very well with a spoon and cover.

💧 You can start using at once or from the next day. The more it stays in the jar and water, the more soft it gets. Enjoy!

NB: This can last for at least one week or more with or without freezer. You can also replace the vinegar with fresh lemon juice, they serve as preservative.

CHOCOLATE COTTON CAKE 😋
Ingredients:
80ml milk
60ml vegetable oil
70g flour
10g cocoa powder
4 egg whites
4 egg yolks
70g sugar
1/3 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Chocolate chips
Preparation:
1. In a bowl, whisk together the milk, oil, flour and egg yolks. Divide into two portions and add cocoa powder to the second portion.
2. In another bowl, beat the egg whites with salt, lemon juice and sugar.
3. Divide the white and dark mixtures into two portions.
4. Transfer to baking sheet, add dark mixture, top with white mixture and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
5. Bake with hot water at 170°C (340°F) for 1 hour.

Homemade Bread Rolls 🍞

Ingredients:
570g wheat flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
8g dry yeast
360ml warm water
1 egg + 1 egg white
20ml vegetable oil
Sesame seeds

Instructions:
Combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
Add warm water and mix to form dough.
Knead dough, then add oil and knead until smooth.
Divide into 12 parts, cover, and let rest for 20 mins.
Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Cover and let rise in a warm place for 30 mins.
Mix egg yolk and 2 tsp milk, brush onto rolls.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 20-25 mins.

HOW TO MAKE GROUNDNUT OIL

1. Get enough groundnut

Buy from the market, you can buy a small paint bucket depending on how much oil you'd be needing, 3 cups of groundnut should give you about 1 cup of oil.

2. Clean up the groundnuts

This is the most time consuming part unless you bought the groundnut that has already been shelled and cleaned up, you'll have to break the hard shells yourself and bring out the groundnut.
Then remove the back or peelings to easily do this you can fry at low heat the for like 5 minutes or wash them in cold water then warm water.

3. Soak the groundnut

Put the washed groundnut in a clean bowl, then pour warm water on it. Allow the groundnut to soak in warm water for 10-15 minutes, so that the groundnut get little soft.

4. Grind the groundnuts

Drain the water, then take the groundnut to a local mill to blend, let them preheat the machine before pouring the groundnut. But if you have a blender, blend the groundnut until it becomes smooth like butter.

To make it less difficult to blend, add 1 or 2 tablespoons of warm water but not too much water so it doesn't make it watery.

5. Refrigerate

Pour the peanut paste into an air-tight container and cover the lid tightly. Leave the container inside the refrigerator for at least 24 hours. Do NOT disturb the container for rest of the time, after 24 hours or more, some of the oil have risen to the top of the container.

6. Separate the Oil

After the oil has risen to the top, you have to separate the oil from the paste, scrub the oil on top into a separate bowl.

There is still much oil in the paste, so strain the paste thoroughly for some oil to come out or better still, fry the paste until all water dry off and you will see your oil still coming out, remove the oil and use a clean cloth or napkin and squeeze the fried paste for more oil to come out or you can choose to keep the paste in an airtight container as much longer you want,the long you keep it ,the longer more oil

EGG ROLLS(with Biscuits)

RECIPE:
Egg- 15 small eggs (hard boiled.)
Flour- 500g (4cups)
Baking powder- 1 tsp
Yeast- 1/2 tsp
Nutmeg- 1/8 tsp
Milk flavor- 1 tbsp
Salt- 1/2 tsp
Sugar- 1/2 cup
Vanilla- 1 tbsp
Water - 1 cup ( you can mix it with powdered milk)
Butter - 60gr (3 tbsp)
Egg- 1 (whisk/ beat)
Cabin biscuits

METHOD OF PREPARATION:
Step 1: Boil your eggs set aside., Use your rolling pin to ground your cabin biscuits and set aside also.

Step 2 : Sieve your flour, add your sugar, butter, baking powder, yeast, milk flavor, nut meg, salt and vanilla, then mixed everything to a sandy texture.

Step3: Add your room temperature water bit by bit till combine together, then transfer to your work surface and knead nicely till it's elastic then cut out a sizeable dough, flatten with your hands or rolling pin then place your egg in it and wrap nicely.

Step 4: repeat this process until you've exhausted your dough and egg, heat up your oil, then deep your wrap egg rolls in the beaten egg, then coat it with the biscuit crumbs , by rubbing it all over , it then fry till golden brown.

This will give a very crunchy texture and you will love

Marshmallow-Surprise Hot Cocoa Cookies .

Ingredients
1/2 cup (8 Tbsp; 113g) unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
1/2 cup (100g) packed light or dark brown sugar
1 large egg, at room temperature
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 and 1/2 cups (188g) all-purpose flour (spooned & leveled)
1/3 cup (27g) natural unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup (40g) dry hot cocoa mix
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons (10ml) milk (any kind, dairy or nondairy, is fine)
Topping
10–11 large marshmallows, cut in half
8 ounces (226g) semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped (see Note)

Instructions

In a large bowl using a handheld or stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, beat the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together on medium high speed until fluffy and light in color, about 2–3 minutes. Add the egg and vanilla extract, and then beat on high speed until combined. Scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl as needed.
In a separate bowl, whisk the flour, cocoa powder, hot cocoa mix, baking soda, and salt together until combined. Add the dry ingredients to the bowl with the wet ingredients. Beat on low until combined. The cookie dough will be quite thick. Finally, beat in the milk. The cookie dough will be thick and sticky.
Cover dough tightly and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours and up to 3 days. Chilling is imperative for this sticky cookie dough.
Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Line large baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats. Set aside.
Remove cookie dough from the refrigerator. Scoop and roll dough, a heaping 1 Tablespoon (about 25-26g) each, into balls. Arrange 2–3 inches apart on the baking sheets.

Bake the cookies for just 10 minutes. Remove the cookies from the oven and lightly press a marshmallow half into the tops of each cookie. Return them to the oven and bake for 2 more minutes. Remove from the oven and, using the back of a spoon, gently press down on the marshmallow to slightly flatten it out.
Cool cookies on the baking sheet for 10 minutes, and then transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
Melt the chocolate: You can melt the chocolate in a double boiler or the microwave. If using the microwave, place the chopped chocolate in a medium heat-proof bowl. Microwave for 20-second increments, stirring after each increment until completely melted and smooth. Spoon melted chocolate over each cooled marshmallow-topped cookie. (When covering with melted chocolate, I usually put the cookies back on a baking sheet, or you can just keep them on the wire rack.) Chocolate sets at room temperature in 30-60 minutes. Once chocolate has set, you can easily store, stack, and transport the cookies.
Cover leftover cookies tightly and store at room temperature for up to 1 week.

Recipe of the best Cake😋☕

Ingredients:

- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of oil
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
- 2 cups of leavening flour
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder

Procedure:

- As a first step, before starting to make the cake, turn on the oven and leave it at least 160º C.
- Grease and flour the pan. We cut butter and pass it through the mold and then we pour flour and spread it.
- To achieve a fluffy and very rich dough, each ingredient that we place, we beat it. First the liquid and then the solid.
We place: 3 eggs, and beat, 1 cup of milk, and beat, 1/2 cup of oil, and beat, 1 cup of sugar, and beat, 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence, 2 cups of leavening flour together with the tablespoon of baking powder, and beat. Beat for 2 minutes until it is a homogeneous mixture. Pour into the pan.
- We have been in the oven for approximately 50 to 60 minutes.
DO NOT OPEN the OVEN before 50 minutes, otherwise the dough will go down.
How do we know when it's ready? When the top is not so yellowish or white but rather toasted.
Take out the cake, sprinkle with sugar and leave it for a while with the oven turned off so that it melts a little.

HOME MADE CONDENSED MILK RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
3 3/4 cups powdered milk
1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 Tbs salt
2 1/3 cups water

PROCEDURES
Pour water in saucepan. Add the powderd milk and sugar into the saucepan or pot
Heat it on a low heat until the sugar has dissolved
Once all of the sugar has dissolved bring the mix to a simmer over low/medium heat.
Do not stir once the mix starts to simmer otherwise it can crack and crystalize
Gently simmer for roughly 35-40 minutes, or until the milk has darkened to an almost grey color and has reduced by half and thickened

After about 15 minutes, you’ll notice that the milk will start to turn dark and thicken – that’s ok and is exactly what’s supposed to happen)
You may notice some foam forming on top. Gently scoop it off with a spoon.

When ready, remove from the heat and pour into a jar to cool (if there are sugary bits hanging around the rim of your pot don’t stir them into your condensed milk, this can also crackl your mix)

Let the condensed milk cool completely before putting on the airtight lid.
Store in a jar in the fridge and it will last for months.

Chocolate Cake

**Ingredients:**

- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup of oil
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 and 1/2 cups of milk
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 cup of cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- A pinch of salt

**Instructions:**

1. In a blender, combine all ingredients except for the baking powder. Start with the liquid ingredients to make the blending easier.
2. Blend until the mixture is well homogenized.
3. Turn off the blender and add the baking powder. Mix using the pulse function, combining without overmixing.
4. Pour the batter into a greased and floured pan.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 40 minutes.
6. Optionally, top with chocolate ganache or another chocolate frosting.

Preheat oven @180°c
Sieve flour, baking powder and salt. In a separate bowl whisk butter, sugar until creamy, add eggs and whisk again then add yoghurt, milk and mix.
Stir in dry ingr until everything is well combined. Add vanilla essence

Simple way of making a crunchy peanut Burger

Ingredients:::
2 cups of flour
1 cup of groundnut( roasted)
4 table spoon of sugar
1 raw egg or 4 table spoon of water anyone
Any favour of your choice
Milk ( optional)

Procedures
Put in the egg or water in bowl ,add in the sugar mix until it dissolved add milk , a pinch of salt, flavour of your choice, and the milk mix until it thoroughly well mixed and keep aside.
Select the roasted groundnut a removed the cracked ones or spoiled ones. Then. Sprinkled a little flours in a bowl then put the groundnut in .sprinkle mixture in the groundnut make it touch the groundnut whole then add the flour
And start shaking clockwisely .
Shake it well to achieved a well coated peanut
After clockwise shaking, remove the too much flour
Repeated for 4times and you will achieved your well coated peanut

FRIED MEAT PIE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

◾️4 cups of flour
◾️Pinch of salt
◾️1 tablespoon of baking powder
◾️170g of butter

◾️Minced meat
◾️Onion
◾️Thyme
◾️Curry
◾️Cayenne pepper
◾️Vegetable oil
◾️Seasoning cubes
◾️Salt
◾️Cornstarch
◾️Grated garlic and ginger

PROCEDURES

◾️Heat some vegetable oil on fire, add the chopped onions, minced meat and fry until it's pale/brown, add some thyme, curry, seasoning cubes, salt, Cayenne pepper, ginger and garlic and stir. Add some water and let it simmer for 5min.

◾️Combine the cornstarch with water, stir and add it to the fillings.

◾️Stir and allow it to simmer for extra 2min.

◾️In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt and whisk.

◾️Add the butter and mix properly until its smooth and fluffy.

◾️Add some water to form a dough.

◾️Refrigerate the dough for about 20min.

◾️Flour a clean surface and roll dough.

Using a plate or any clean object with a round shape, cut the dough into a round dough.

◾️Add some fillings to the dough (do not over fill so it doesn't burst while frying).

◾️Brush some water round the edges and seal.

◾️Press the edges using a fork to seal properly.

◾️Repeat this process until you've exhausted all the dough.

◾️Heat the oil and fry on medium heat until it's golden brown

Lamingtons

4 large eggs
1½ cups sugar
1 cup butter
3 cups flour
pinch of salt
3 t baking powder
1 cup milk
2 t vanilla essence
Icing
500 ml icing sugar
60 ml cocoa
200 ml warm water
200 ml desiccated coconut.

1. Beat the eggs and sugar until light. Melt the butter and add to the sugar mixture. Beat well. Sift together the flour, salt and baking powder.

2. Stir in the milk and vanilla essence until the mixture is soft and drips from the spoon. Pour the batter into a large square cake tin and bake in a hot oven at 200°C for 15 minutes.

3. When cold, cut into fingers or small squares.

4. To make the icing, mix the icing sugar, cocoa. Add enough water to form a thin sauce. Dip the squares into the icing and roll in the coconut. For the strawberry Lamingtons I mix a fine strawberry jam and warm water to make a syrup...it shouldn't be too runny or too thick.

Ingredients:
-80 grams of melted butter
-400 milliliters of warm milk
-10 grams dry yeast (1 tbsp)

-2 eggs
-850 grams of common wheat flour
-6 grams of salt (1 tsp)
Preparation:
1. In a bowl, place the melted butter, warm milk, dry yeast, sugar and egg. Mix well.
2. Add common wheat flour in two parts, then add the second part and the salt.
3. Mix and knead the flour into a smooth, smooth dough, then cover and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
4. Get all the air out of the dough and divide into two parts.

Butter Pecan Pound Cake Recipe
Ingredients:

For the cake:

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

2 cups granulated sugar

4 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup sour cream

For the butter pecan filling:

1 cup chopped pecans

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

For the glaze:

1 cup powdered sugar

2 tablespoons milk

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with the sour cream. Begin and end with the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.

In a small bowl, mix together the chopped pecans, melted butter, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon to create the filling.

Spoon half of the batter into the prepared bundt pan. Sprinkle the pecan filling evenly over the batter. Top with the remaining batter.

Use a knife to gently swirl the batter and pecan filling together to create a marbled effect.

Bake in the preheated oven for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 15 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

Ingredients
2 cups flour ( cake or all purpose)
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup softened butter ( unsalted)
2 eggs
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup apricot jam

Instructions
1. In a large bowl cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and mix in the eggs one at a time .

2.Sift in flour, baking powder and salt .Mix until all the ingredients are well combined.
For this process use your hand to mix in the dough until it comes well together.

3.Scoop out 1/2 cup of the dough. Form the dough into a ball , flatten it a little then cover it with a plastic or cling wrap. Keep it in the freezer for 20 minutes to firm up.

4.Take the remaining dough and spread it in a prepared baking tray. Use a spatula or spoon to press it down .

5.Spread the jam on top of the dough.

6.When the dough in the freezer is firm . Grate it directly on the baking tray that has the jam and dough mixture.
Make sure the grated dough completely covers the jam .

7.Bake in a preheated oven at 180 Degrees Celsius for 20 minutes or until golden brown on top .

Cut it into equal squares.

Note ❗️: For a bigger batch double the ingredients.
