Prince Okojie, the husband of Nollywood actress Mercy Johnson, has finally broken his silence after Angela Okorie and Mercy's childhood friend, Mrs. Ijeoma, accused his wife of w!tchcr@ft.

Recall that Angela Okorie had called out Mercy Johnson, labeling her a w!t¢h. She accus€d her of k!ll!ng and destr0ying many dest!nies.

Hours later, Mercy's childhood friend, Mrs. Ijeoma shared a shocking testimony about the actress' alleged w!tchcr@ft.

She alleged that Mercy's mother had initiated her into w!tchcr@ft when they were younger, and that Mercy had been trying to h@rm her and her family.

Reacting to the allegations, Mercy Johnson Okojie's husband, Prince Okojie made a post via his Instagram story.

He dismissed the allegations, implying that they are baseless and a sign of mental health issues.

He first wrote, "Na mango wen ripe, dem dey throw sticks at!" which is a Nigerian proverb meaning "when a mango is ripe, people will throw sticks at it."

This phrase is often used to describe how people tend to cr!tic!ze and att@ck others when they are successful or achieving great things.

Prince Okojie further emphasized his point, saying: "Pls endeavor to check on your loved ones, mental health is real. M@d people everywhere."

Celestine Iroka Babayaro born August 29th, 1978, to his father, Mr. Iroka, a former IT employee, was from Amaigbo in Nkwerre Local Government Area, while his mother, Mrs. Esther Iroka, was from Amanato in Ideator Local Government Area, both in Imo State.

Celestine was born and brought up in Southern Kaduna by his parents, he adopted the name Babayaro due to the influence his coach then by name Alhaji Sabo Babayaro of Jama'a Road Kaduna had on him.

Celestine played as a defender and midfielder, he began his playing career for Nigerian Premier Football League side Plateau United, before joining Belgian giants Anderlecht in 1994.

Celestine Babayaro became the first Nigerian to play for Chelsea when he joined the London club in April 1997, aged 18, for £2.25 million.

He played over 200 games for Chelsea, winning the UEFA Cup Winners' Cup, UEFA Super Cup, FA Cup and FA Charity Shield.

For the national team, Celestine Iroka won the U17 World Cup in 1993, also won an Olympic gold medal at Atlanta 1996, made a total of 48 appearance for the Super Eagles scoring 4 goals.

Celestine is often regarded as one of the best full backs Nigeria has ever had alongside Taye Taiwo.

58-year-old veteran Nollywood actor Segun Arinze has disclosed that his real name is Segun Aina and explained how he got to be known as Arinze.

He said: “I was also singing. In 1991, I was told someone wanted to sign me. ‘We are going to sign you on’. He came from Sony Music. So he called me and I signed the contract. He signed. And then he said ‘Okay we are going to start recording.’

“I went to Ife to do Dramatic Arts. My dad did not like the idea because he wanted me to be a lawyer. At a point in time, I thought he was not going to pay my school fees to go and read drama.

“Then the National Theatre was running an open theatre then… ‘welcome new artiste Segun Arinze’. I said ‘Excuse me sir what is this? I said why are you changing my name? The album came out – ‘Dreams’. Everywhere was ‘Segun Arinze, Segun Arinze. That was how the name got changed from Segun Aina to Segun Arinze in a nutshell.”
