Recently I was privileged to be one of the speakers and delightfully the only female one 😊
at the symposium to commemorate the ruby anniversary of

With giants in their respective field speaking about "nurturing creative talents for nation building".
I gained a whole lot from the cerebral and veteran multi-lingual master of ceremony & serial entrepreneur
Let me share some of my take home points here.

1. Create a fertile ground, an environment that encourages creativity. Don't shut down your kids. Stop being a traditionalist. Provide necessary resources, tools and sports to foster creativity.
2. We need to have patience. Creativity is a process that takes time. Foresight. Encourage creatives to experiment, failure is part of the process.

IK is Indigenous Knowledge.

3. We need to nurture growth. Some kids have exceptional growth potential. Allow creativity grow.

4. Mentorship and constructive feedbacks. We can't start midstream.

5. Emphasise sustainability. Show boundaries, without which they overrun.

Parents enforce while grandparents infuse.

Adapting to changing conditions. Stop looking at money but build content.

It's the content and not a container that matter.
Men would build a pathway to you if you grow your content.
