We are currently seeking an Event Rental Assistant to join our team in the rental division. Job Title: Event Rental Assistant

Job Description:

Manage rental bookings and maintain accurate records.
Respond to customer inquiries related to decor rentals, ensuring timely and helpful communication.
Oversee the return and proper organization of rented items in the warehouse.
Conduct regular maintenance checks on all decor props to ensure they are in good condition.
Perform periodic stock counts of all items in the warehouse.
Ensure that the showroom display is always attractive and up to standard.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in both the storage area and the showroom.

Posted • There’s no way I’m forgetting to mention my amazing bouquet vendor after going to the ends of the world to look for bouquet, with no result, my brother who is amazing at procuring any event vendor you need recommended her. She didn’t even allow me shalaye too much. I was still asking what the cost for rental would be and she said since it’s a collaboration, you are not paying. I went on to show her my looks, I only bargained for 1 bouquet; then she said don’t worry, we will just arrange 2 different bouquet for you for the two looks …ahhh God of wonders. Your bouquet made the whole look go from 1 to 100 in seconds. Thank you so much for being so awesome.
