3 cups popcorn
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp sugar (Brown or White)
1 tbsp water

Procedure
1. Pour the sugar in Pan and add 1Tablespoon of water

2. Stir the Sugar until it dissolves

3. Add Peanut butter and stir at low heat, until it completely melts

4. Add 1 Teaspoon of Honey and Stir

5. Add the Pop corn and turn of the heat

6. Toss until the popcorn is fully coated

Elegant Seafood Pasta with Creamy Garlic Sauce

Ingredients:

8 ounces linguine
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
8 ounces sea scallops
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Lemon wedges for serving
Directions:

Cook the linguine according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent, about 3 minutes.
Pour in the white wine and bring to a simmer. Cook until the wine is reduced by half, about 2-3 minutes.
Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, and cook until the sauce is slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
Add the shrimp and scallops to the skillet. Cook until the seafood is opaque and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes.
Season with crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
Toss the cooked linguine with the sauce and seafood until well combined.

Shark Week Frappuccino

Ingredients
For the Shark Ice Cream:
4 cups heavy whipping cream
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 small tub of white icing
2 drops light blue gel food coloring
4 tablespoons sugar
10 shark gummies

For the Frappuccino:
1 cup frozen strawberries
⅓ cup water
Ice
Milk
Whipped topping for topping
Additional shark gummies for garnish

Instructions
Make the Shark Ice Cream:
Whip the Cream:

Place the heavy whipping cream in a stand mixer with the whisk attachment. Blend on low speed for about 4 minutes, gradually increasing the speed to 6 as it thickens until it resembles whipped topping.

Mix in Sweetened Condensed Milk:

Fold in the sweetened condensed milk and 1 drop of light blue food coloring into the whipped cream.

Create Marbled Effect:

Pour half of the blue cream mixture into a 9-inch square pan.
Drop spoonfuls of white icing randomly into the blue mixture without stirring.
Pour the remaining blue cream mixture on top and add the shark gummies.

Freeze:

Place the pan in the freezer for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.

Prepare the Frappuccino:
Blend Strawberries:

In a blender, combine the frozen strawberries and ⅓ cup water. Blend until smooth.

Fruit Salad Cheesecake

Ingredients:

For the Crust:
1 1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
2 tablespoons butter, melted
For the Filling:
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup cold water
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, cubed
1 1/2 cups halved seedless grapes
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained and cut in half
1 (10 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, drained and roughly chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
2 cups whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)

Instructions:

Prepare the Crust:
In a small bowl, mix vanilla wafer crumbs with melted butter until well combined.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
Make the Filling:
In a small saucepan, cook the crushed pineapple with sugar over medium heat for about 5 minutes or until heated through.
In a separate small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water; let stand for 1 minute to soften. Stir the gelatin mixture into the warm pineapple mixture until dissolved.
Reduce heat to low and add the cubed cream cheese. Stir continuously until the cream cheese is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
Remove from heat and let the mixture cool completely.
Once cooled, stir in the grapes, mandarin oranges, cherries, and pecans. Gently fold in the whipped topping until everything is well combined.
Assemble the Cheesecake:
Pour the fruit and cream cheese mixture into the prepared crust.
Smooth the top with a spatula to ensure an even layer.

Don’t lose this RECIPE 😍
No kneading, you just mix it up and bake it 🙂

Ingredients:

• 1 cup butter, softened
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 cups buttermilk or homemade buttermilk (2 cups milk + 2 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice)
• 4 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 2/3 cup sugar
• 2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9x5-inch loaf pans.
2. Cream butter and 2 cups sugar. Beat in eggs, then buttermilk.
3. Add flour and baking soda, mix until combined.
4. Mix 2/3 cup sugar and cinnamon.
5. Spread 1/4 batter in each pan, sprinkle with 1/4 cinnamon-sugar. Repeat layers.
6. Swirl with a knife.

Homemade Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas
1/3 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
3/4 cup sugar
1 large egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions:

MOST FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.

How many paint of flour will give me 200 pieces of egg roll.

It's quite easy, just that some people find it difficult to do simple calculation.

If you have been producing snack even tho is small quantity, you should be able to calculate how many you will get from your present production.

Know, let me teach you base on my own method.

If I want to make big size eggroll, I make use of 10 egg using 500g of flour.

That is to say if I want to make 20 egg roll, definitely I will multiple my flour by 2 that is 1000g

1000g is equal to 1kg.. Same applies to other ingredients, you have to keep multiplying base on the quantity of flour you are you using.

Now I know that 1kg of flour will give me big size of 20 egg roll.

2kg of flour will give 40

3kg of flour will give 60

5kg flour will give 100

10kg of flour will give 200 egg roll and soon.

Measuring incorrectly could mean disaster in baking.
Learn how to accurately measure all kinds of dry and liquid ingredients so you can bake and cook like a pro.

Tools For Measuring are:

1. Measuring cups: When measuring powdered ingredients like flour we make use of a measuring cup.
A measuring cup set comes in a nested set. Which includes 1 cup, 1/2 cup, 1/3 cup and 1/4 cup measuring in each set.

Instructions
Measuring with Dry Ingredients Cups
Used for ingredients that doesn't level themselves

When measuring dry powders like flour, granulated sugar, baking powder etc. You need to place your measuring cup or spoon over a pan or bowl. Then lightly spoon in the ingredients until it is overflowing the cup. Next slide with the back of a knife or the side of a spatula over the top rim of the cup to level it.

Measuring with Wet Ingredients Cups
Used for ingredients that level themselves

Set the cup on a flat surface and get down to the level of the measuring cup to visualize the fill line.
When measuring stick ingredients (honey, molasses, corn syrup), lightly spray the measuring cup with non-stick cooking spray so they don't stick to the cup and pour easily with little waste.

2. How to Use Measuring spoons:

Pour liquid ingredients to the top of the measuring spoon.

1. Wash and peel the skin of your carrots.

2. Grate your carrots with hand grater.

3. Place the grated carrots in a clean pot.

4. Pour in any oil of your choice (olive oil or coconut oil.)

5. Put your pot on fire on a low heat for 50minutes to an hour.

6. When the infusion process is completed, pour the carrots and oil mixture through a strainer and strain to separate the oil from the carrot chaff

FRESH CAT FISH PEPPER SOUP

Ingredients
1.5kg fresh catfish
½ cup of pounded onions
1 handful Scent leaves
little Utazi leaves
Seasoning cubes to taste
1 to 2 tablespoons Pepper soup spice
½ cup of ground crayfish.
1 teaspoon Paprika powder
Fresh yellow habanero pepper to taste
Salt to taste

Procedure
1. Start by washing the fishes thoroughly, most people fail to do this properly. Normally, the fish is cut in the market by the seller to serve-able sizes so just transfer into a bowl and soak with lightly hot water; very boiled water will end up peeling the skin of the fish.
Wash to remove the slimy outer skin completely.
2. Prepare all the necessary ingredients; Pound the fresh yellow habanero pepper and half cup of crayfish together with a mortar and pestle or blender. Slice the utazi leaves, scent leaves and set aside in bowls.
3. Transfer the washed catfish into the cooking pot; it is better to use a small pot so the fish parts are very close to each other, this will allow the proper incorporation of the ingredients and help you make a very delicious point and kill pepper soup.
4. Once you have transferred into a pot, and then start with salt, followed by seasoning cubes, crayfish, pepper and pounded onion.
Then add some water. Make sure the ingredients are not suspended at the top.
5. Cook for 7 minutes and add some paprika powder this time. You are free to spice up with flavors and spices of choice.
6. Taste for salt and pepper. You can add more pepper if you like. Allow for a minute.
7. Add the leaves, allow to simmer for 3 minutes and you are done with this fresh catfish pepper soup.

How to Dry and Preserve Herbs

Ingredients:

- Fresh herbs (such as basil, oregano, thyme, rosemary, mint, or parsley)

Directions:

1. Harvest your herbs in the morning after the dew has dried but before the sun is too hot.
2. Rinse the herbs gently in cool water to remove any dirt or insects. Shake off excess water and pat dry with a clean towel.
3. Remove any damaged leaves and trim the stems.
4. Gather the herbs into small bunches, tying the stems together with string or a rubber band.
5. Hang the herb bunches upside down in a warm, dry, well-ventilated area out of direct sunlight.
6. Allow the herbs to dry for 1-2 weeks until the leaves are completely dry and crumble easily.
7. Once the herbs are dry, remove the leaves from the stems and store them in airtight containers, such as glass jars or resealable plastic bags.

Loaded beef wraps with nacho cheese and veggies.

Ingredients
• 1 pound lean ground beef
• 1 cup Nacho Cheese Sauce
• 1/2 cup Sour Cream
• 1 can Rotel (green chilis with diced tomatoes)
• 1/2 cup chopped green peppers
• 1/2 cup diced onions
• 1 packet Taco Seasoning Mix
• Nacho Cheese flavored Doritos, crushed
• 4 flour tortilla wraps
• Shredded lettuce

Instructions
1. Cook the Beef:
• Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain any excess fat.
• Add in the onions and peppers and sauté for 4 minutes.
• Stir in the taco seasoning packet.

2. Prepare the Cheese Mixture:
• In a separate bowl, mix the Rotel and Nacho Cheese Sauce together.

3. Assemble the Wraps:
• Place four large tortillas on a flat surface.
• Spoon a layer of the Nacho Cheese mixture down the center of each tortilla.
• Top with the meat mixture, sour cream, onions, peppers, and crushed Doritos.

4. Roll and Toast:
• Fold in the sides of the tortillas and roll up like a burrito.
• Heat a skillet over medium heat.

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan and line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

▫️3 tablespoons butter, melted

📍📍Instructions:

▫️In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

▫️In a separate bowl, beat the egg and then stir in the milk and melted butter.

▫️Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix, as this can make the pancakes tough.

Fried Rice

Ingredients
5 cups of rice.
1 cup of sweet corn
2 cups of sliced Carrot 🥕
2 cups of sliced Green beans.
1 cup of peas 🫛
1 cup of sliced yellow pepper
1 cup of sliced red pepper 🫑
1 cup of sliced Green pepper.
Cow Liver (1/2Kg).
2kg of Chicken.
Vegetable oil.(250ml)
1 cup of sliced Onions.
Seasoning cubes 8
Thyme spice (1 teaspoon)
Rosemary spice (1 teaspoon)
Curry powder for coloring and spice (2 Tablespoons).
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Fried Rice

Method of Preparation
1. Cook and fry your chicken
2. Cook the cow liver, dice it into smaller pieces and fry
3. Wash, cut and sliced all your vegetables
4. Parboiled your rice with a little curry until almost well cooked, rinse and keep aside
5. Stir fry all your vegetables in oil with seasoning cubes, spices, salt and pepper to taste, add sweet corn and fried liver to it
6. Then add your almost well cooked rice to your stir fried vegetables and give it a good mix
7. Taste if seasoning is okay or will need adjustment (to your taste) cover and allow to simmer for about 5 to 10 minutes.
8. Enjoy your fried Rice with Chicken
