🤎✨Matcha Crepe Roll with Chocolate Glaze🤎✨
Ingredients:
Eggs: 3
Granulated sugar: 30g
Cocoa powder: 10g
Cake flour: 100g
Matcha powder: 7g
Heavy cream: 50g
Heavy cream: 350g
Granulated sugar: 30g
Chocolate Glaze:
Chocolate: 130g
Coconut oil: 40g
Crushed peanuts: 40g
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, then add coconut oil and crushed peanuts. Stir until well combined.
Instructions:
1、In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and granulated sugar. Add the cocoa powder and cake flour, and mix until smooth.
2、Pour in the milk and melted butter, and mix until well combined. Strain the batter through a sieve.
3、Pour the batter into a skillet and cook over medium-low heat until done. Let the crepes cool.
4、Mix the matcha powder with 50g of heavy cream to make matcha cream.
5、Whip 350g of heavy cream, 30g of granulated sugar, and the matcha cream until stiff peaks form.
6、Layer the crepes, spreading matcha cream. Roll the crepes into a log, wrap tightly with parchment paper, and refrigerate overnight.
7、Pour the chocolate glaze over the crepe roll before serving.
