Got a call 2days to the event that the menu has to be adjusted because of the economy buhaha😄

Haa Sir all preparations has been concluded, you can’t just change your mind 2days to the event😩

Long story short, we came to an agreement and the job was done

The couple were super happy
We had no leftovers, all plates came back empty.

Bread on my mind Mark!!!

Easy Home Bread Recipe

Ingredients;
Flour 2cups
Sugar 2tbsp
Yeast 1tsp
Cinnamon 1 & half tsp(optional)
Butter 2tbsp
Egg 1
Salt 1/4tsp
Water 150ml (liquid milk can be substituted)

PROCEDURE

1. Pour in sugar, egg and yeast in the water or milk and set aside
2. In a wide bowl pour in flour,salt and cinnamon and mix well
3. Make I well in the middle of the flour and Zar a pour in the liquid mixture
4. Mix both well to form a dough
5. Transfer to your work surface and knead till smooth and stretchy.
6. Oil a bowl,put your dough into it, cover with a neat towel and leave for 30min or till it doubles in size.
7. Take it back to your work surface,add butter and work till it’s well incorporated. Allow for 30min or till it doubles in size
8. Grease bread pan well with butter set aside
9. Back on the work table. Roll out the dough, spread in butter and fold. Continue the process until completely folded, cut as desired and place in the greased pan and allow to proof again before baking
10. Bake for 45min or until done
11. When baked, allow to cool
12. Enjoy 😉
