It’s looks so easy until you try it…
I love frying small chops, but the stress isn’t from here, but whenever I come across big posts on Instagram, I pray for big party jobs, forgetting that it comes with its own stress 🤧😭
God finally answered my prayers and I was asked to fry smallchops for a burial party (about 500 packs in total)
Got to the venue a day before the main party for the Waykeep, and we fried 350 packs of smallchops and we served 150 plates of smallchops at the main party the next day
From mixing of batters, to the frying, to packing and all, the song in this video is the only thing that could relate to how my body started feeling 🤧😭, though me I chop o, cause I no fit die 😂
Alhamduliliah, no calamity happened and we served 💯🤤

Who said you can’t make those American pancakes in Nigeria???
Here is an American pancake recipe which I made for pancake lovers that would like to try this out…
This pancake recipe is so affordable, very yummy, and easy to make at home…
Here is the list of measurements for all the ingredients I used
Egg - 1
Groundnut oil - 3 tablespoons
Sugar - 1/4 cup or 83ml
Milk - 1/2 cup or 125ml
Vanilla extract - 1 tablespoon
Flour - 1 cup or 250ml
Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt - a pinch
Water - 62ml (but can also be replaced with more milk)
To fry your pancakes, make sure your stove is being placed on low heat and you use a non stick pan with zero oil in it to fry…
