Bad habits leads to halt
Healthy habits lead to comfort and satisfaction.

To develop a healthy habit is not always easy but the following tips will help.

🔸Start small
Replacing an unhealthy habit with a healthy habit is not always easy.
Some people found it a hard Task because they wanted quick results.
Take it from a drop to a cup to a bowel to a bucket and on and on.

Introduce the new healthy habit slowly by placing a time table for it daily and following it.

🔸 Keep it easy
Don't worry much, what it will look like.
If you are going to start an exercise routine,make sure you are doing something that's easy for you.

Yes, you don't need to overwhelm yourself with new and complicated routines when you're just starting out.

Apart from healthy habit, in whatsoever you need to do , start small but think big.

🔸Be realistic
Be careful not to set your expectations too high in the beginning.
It's easy to get discouraged when you don't see quick results (especially if you're just starting out) because it can make you feel like the whole process isn't worth it in the first place) but be patient and know that it will happen eventually

🔸Be intentional

Address your emotional, psychological and mental mind before embarking on this journey.
Because it might not be easy for a start.
When you start not minding the process, be consistent.

🔸 Remember,healthy habits are a journey not a destination.

Many people have criticised your body so much, maybe you have big belle,fat body and others introduce a healthy habit and use the above tips to follow it up.

Always check your weight and watch what you eat.

Two day after the wedding,

Ifeoma's health became unstable.

She has runny temperature already.

She was rushed to the hospital

It's just three days until the submission of the assignment.
Most final year students are already tense. The Course Rep read out the memo sent by Dr. Mrs janet.

"Dear student,there won't be time for an extra day attached to the initial day of submission, please don't come to my office begging because you can't necessarily play the game with me.This is your last year on campus,do your best to get the Best. Good luck, she concluded.

It was no longer a gain say to Gab, Ned and Jane.
What do we do now ? Ned said worriedly.
This is a 4 credit unit course and if I fail I won't have the opportunity of travelling with my mum after the summer. He cried bitterly.

Grace has been my friend for over 10 years now but I've not been to her house.

Countless times I ask for a dinner, she keeps turning me down

But she does come over to my house and stay for weekends anyways.

It's not enough to carry a certificate,prof. Jude George, said
He has been a lecturer with the words, his class cannot be concluded without any advice.
Where your certificate might not take you, your skill does.
Where your certificate speaks, your skill makes it attention grabbing.
Find a skill,add value to your life now so that tomorrow if you were not offered a job you can create one.

Those words didn't leave my memory not once, not ever.
The way this country is going I can't be frustrated, I assured myself.

After the class,I went to have lunch with my friends and happily I told them of my plans.
