ALL FOODS HAVING A HEATED ARGUMENT ON WHO TO BE CROWNED AS THE KING OF ALL FOODS

BEANS: I am not suppose to be arguing with you guys. Everyone loves me.

POTATOES: Na audio love, no be all of them dey eat you.

BEANS: I am already the king with or without a crown, na me be number one for this Unit, my face show, my shoe shine, my teeth white.

RICE: Must we even argue about this? Everyone loves me, any function or party you go to, it's me you will see there, if I'm not there that means the party never dey sup be that. Children loves me, adult loves me. Some families can't go two days without cooking me. No cap I am the king of all foods.

YAM: You that people can't buy, you are calling yourself king.

POTATOES: See kettle calling pot black. You wey dey talk, people fit buy you? Eh yam answer me?

YAM: Potatoes I no get your time. As I was saying, people love me because I can be prepared in different ways; boiled, pottage, fried and when pounded I am the king of all swallows with egusi sitting next to me as my queen.

EGUSI: Awwnn! You're making me blush ,stop it. 🙈🙉

OKRA: (Whispering to Vegetable) Upon all the draw wey I dey draw I can't still draw this guys (pounded yam) attention. 🤦🏻‍♂️

POTATOES: Must you rub your relationship on our single faces?😞

SPAGHETTI: I should be the one to be crowned as the king of all foods.

POTATOES: See small nyansh dey shake o! 😏

SPAGHETTI: I no blame you ,people wey tall dey talk, you wey be dwarf dey follow talk. 🙄

INDOMIE: (laughing) that was harsh bro. 💔🤣

SPAGHETTI: As I was saying, I should be the king because I am very fast to prepare and require less ingredients. Ask a student who just came back from class and see what he or she will tell you. 💁🏻‍♂️

BEANS: (laughs)

INDOMIE: Bia...Spaghetti, that your last line is absolutely me and not you.

MY GRANDMA'S OBSESSION WITH OVER FEEDING.

We Visited our grandma, I and my brother. Then we are still minor. It has been so long we visited and grandma is so eager to see us. We are not so little but grandma didn't believe we can do most things for ourselves. Petting us is the sweetest thing we ever enjoy with grandma.

So its lunch time and grandma insisted on feeding my younger brother herself. It was yam porridge and my brother is sitting across her to open and close his mouth on the food arrival.

I was on my own playing game on uncle's phone when I heard " Open your mouth and eat good food before you return to the city. I don't like how you look like the biscuit and snacks you like eating"

My brother: Oh oo mama Am full now

Grandma: Drink water and continue.

Until I heard " Where did you keep it?
I was thinking (keep what?). So l rush to see what they are looking for. On arrival,....

My Brother: Mama see her, she has not eaten anything at all, feed her too.

So this is a trap. My brother hide his slippers so that grandma will be distracted and l will come out too

Looking at my brother, his stomach is already a ballon. I became afraid.

Grandma: Ada m come and sit down, let me feed you.

Me: Mama l decided to start fasting today.

My brother: eyeing me suspiciously. When did you start fasting in your life?

Me: today. is there any problem?

Grandma: 6 to what?

Me: eermmm. 6 to...

My brother: but you just ate meat pie in the room now.

In my ND days, studying the course "Food Science and Technology" is really fun.

You got to experience new recipes of entirely different food. Because we are studying the characteristics of different food combined to another food to see results.

I can attest that this course help to train my creative power 😂. That even in my meditation mode,I was able to cook bean soup with Eba. What a powerful concoction that will need the advice of staying close to the white house (the house of rest)😂.

So my friends set a challenge.
Operation create a new recipes for us to taste.
Future cooks, dietitians, hotel managers and caterers will have a chance with us 😄. it was so interesting that everyone is excited apart from me because the last time I tried being the Lord of new recipes, my roomie almost sleep in toilet next to me. This time around, is no longer two people but am counting a whole community. But nevertheless, how will l carry last. So I agreed.

Operation create a new recipes and give it a name don start o😆.

Others went as far of adding chicken, food color, local spice to intercontinental food. Hmm, l was watching and calculating.

It reached My turn, I told them am making a food called Rammy. The taste will be out of this world because everything will be entirely new. Just watch and see. My closest friend keep eyeing me,"OMA what are you up to? , "Nothing am just excited 🥱 that my own will be the best. please help me spread the good news before the D day. She said okay.

The time finally comes, " Here is the food Ladies and gentlemen.

Coordinator_ Is this not burnt noodle?

OMA- No it is called Rammy not Noddles

Coordinator_Why am I seeing too much oil?

OMA_ It is part of the recipes, taste it first. Today is for experiment, mean while, everything is ready , the rest room is by your left. Madam it is taste and confirm.
