Buying ukwa randomly can be so tricky. Most sellers use alum to wash their ukwa hence your ukwa never gets soft or well cooked.

You want to have that crunchy snails, try washing it thoroughly with salt. Salt helps you to wash off the slimes whilst making it stronger.

Don’t forget to use iron sponge to give it a good wash too, you do be amazed to see the kind of dirts that will come out of it.

So most of you ask how do we get this quantity of aku to sell and some go as far as accusing us of selling what we caught in our backyard 😂😂😂😂😂

This termite are harvested at the middle of the bush, we pay people who stay all up at night harvesting them and it been washed to perfection before frying and here is the final result.

I was a bit under the weather yesterday,took some medication and had a very hot spicy pepper soup and had a good sleep. Woke up very good and fine.

I have noticed it, pepper soup with good herbs/spice has a good way of bring you back to your feet.

My supplier called me this morning that she got a very good seed of Aku and asked I come around to check them out. I had to rush to meet her. Very neat set of aku was being processed specifically for me because they know my standard and the quality I buys.

The sad part of it is that there was a little change in price. I couldn’t resist it because I don’t know what will happen tomorrow if I can get that quality.

One thing you should about this is that it comes with heavy rain, termite don’t fly when is sunny. It comes out when it rains heavily. So prices can change within few hours.

I was able to get 15 paints today, in total we have 30 paints on ground and we are doing our first waybill tomorrow. Come and get yours before is sold out.

Women are the strongest being. Once you are given the privilege to be a mother to a child(ten) God gives you this kind of inner strength. You do this you wouldn’t imagine you can do on a normal.

Between Sunday and today,my 4kids broke down with fever. As am treating Mimi and Ihechi,Kamsi and Ada follow suit 😳

I was just smiling this morning when Ada told me she doesn’t want to be sick so she can eat as she used to 😂😂

And how I was able to cope with them is still something I appreciate God for. Doing my business and attending to them. They are responding to treatment though.

Party Jollof rice is different from the normal jollof rice cooked at home, you know why?

Your pepper and tomatoes mix
Your spices

And your timing

Making a good party jollof, your pepper and shombo,tatashe ratio should be more to your tomatoes paste.

Desist from combining lots of artificial flavored spices for your jollof, trust me it will ruin the natural taste of your jollof. Be minimal and combine less of artificial spices and add more of natural spices.

In as much you have fine fine expensive pots in your home, look out for a good aluminum pot and make your jollof rice,leave nonstick pot for soups and pepper soup 😂😂

Yesterday we were at Umuokanne ohaji for some magic and this time we were contacted to come serve bole for special guest, we did excellently well.

And do you know what, this was our first time I and my team making bole in an event and we killed it💃 everything food I lay my hands comes out perfect.
You needed to taste my sauce Kai I created magic there. Am happy I was able to pull this through.
