Spicy puf puf
Recipe:
Flour. 4 cups
Sugar 1 cup
Yeast 2 level table spoon
Fresh pepper ( as desired)
Onion. ( As desired)
Salt. Pinch
Milk flavor
Water. (Warm")
Procedure:
Seive ur flour in a bowl
Add pinch of salt
Add sugar, and stir then set aside.
In a cup of Luke warm water,add ur yeast, and a table spoon of sugar
Stir and cover tightly and allow to ferment for (15 minutes).
Then cut or grate ur pepper and onion and set aside.
Once the yeast ferments you will see foamlike substance on top.
Mix ur milk flavor with warm water.
MIXTURE:
In the bowl containing ur flour,
Pour in ur fermented yeast.and stir
Pour in ur milk flavor little by little so that the mixture won't be watery, keep stirring.
Once the mixture is not too thick or water.
Pour in ur grated pepper and onion and stir very well.
Then cover with damp cloth/air tight and keep at a warm place to rise for(45minutes)
Then deep fry with moderate hot oil
NOTE: if ur water is too hot or too cold, it will kill ur yeast, it won't ferment.
