How to prepare EFORIRO SOUP
Ingredients
Goat meat
Intestines
Kpomo
Dryfish
Stockfish
Periwinkle
Water leaf
Green leaf
Salt
Seasoning cube
Onion
Redoil
Fresh pepper
Fresh tomatoes
Crayfish
Method of preparation
Wash all your stocks with water and salt.Then steam it with salt, little water, onion, pounded crayfish and fresh pepper and seasoning cube.
Wash and cut your vegetables.cut your fresh tomatoes and remove the seeds.
Place your pot on fire.add red oil, onion, locust bean, fresh tomatoes, pounded crayfish and pepper, seasoning cube, salt, water leaf, Greenleaf, and allow to fry.Then pour in your stocks, allow to boil a little.Bring down your pot on fire
NB: Redoil is the water,in EFORIRO SOUP water leaf is more than green leaf. Don't add much water to your EFORIRO SOUP
Then serve with any swallow of your choice.
