I got a lot of bananas on a buy 1 get 1 special (about 2 kg) and they looked fine but when I got home you wouldn't believe they were the same bananas but banana bread to the rescue, right🤪🤪

BANANA BREAD
Ingredients
2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
4 very ripe bananas + 1 for garnishing
1/3 cup margarine
2 eggs

Method
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celcius and grease a loaf pan
Mix the flour, baking powder, soda and sugar and melt the margarine
In another bowl mash the bananas, add the margarine, eggs and mix very well
Add the dry ingredients(flour mixture) and mix well until well combined
Pour the batter into a pan and if you are garnishing with a banana slit the banana and press it into the dough
Bake for 1hr15 mins or until an inserted skewer comes out clean
