As a human that desires an effective healthy living, early in the morning immediately you open your eyes, still on bed, before you get up position yourself calmly for at least 5 seconds, thereafter you can arise from bed, (This habit helps the body system such as brain, heart and blood vessle to function Effectively.
When you wake up early in the morning, be thankful to God Almighty for protecting you when sleeping at night at no cost, because every good effort and service deserves great gratitude.
Early in the morning when you look up to the sky you should say lord I thank you for a great day like this for giving me the opportunity to see this wonderful bright light of the day because somebody somewhere else is wishing that he or she could even see their hands and know what it looks like.
When you wake up in the morning you should kneel and pray to God saying lord itβs by your mercy that i am alive today, am so grateful for your love and protection towards my life, because somebody somewhere else is fighting to survive.
Never you start your day with violence, argument, quarrel, anger, regrets of yesterday misfortune etc. Although temptation and frustration might arise, but always remember that every great and remarkable day had some productive guidelines that were carefully maintained.
For a day to be bright and fair, for it to be a happy day of joy, you need to apply the principles of Happiness, such that itβs only in a peaceful atmosphere that these factors can be achieved, therefore you should smile making your face bright, treat someone nice, and make yourself happy, giving a chance for joy to rule your day.
When you wake up in the morning make a positive wish for yourself, and be conscious of your words for any spoken word in the morning serves as a wish on how the day should be like, so speak positively, courageously and be of good virtue (Be Optimistic).
The morning is the most important part of the day. Itβs the beginning of your journey, each and every day. The quality of your mornings is reflecting the outcomes for the entire day. Every day is a new day therefore the thought of yesterdayβs odd encounter shouldnβt be used to start a new day, for every new day has its own gift and manifestations, so allow the new day to create its own wave.
A day of tremendous achievements started with a unique strategy plotted and maintained, aiming at a goal, so plan your day well and implement this plan, because he who fails to plan has planned to fail, be creative and apply wisdom.

Funny enough but likewise effective, early in the morning when you're awake from sleep, as a human try to develop the habit of drinking much water, this habit is very effective as it plays a lot of role in the human body, Now apart from enhancing a healthy living it will also make one too busy to respond to unnecessary , speech and interaction with people towards you because with too much water in your body system, one will be too busy urinating throughout the day and their might be no time for less important things π (Rule your Day)
