INGREDIENTS : โข 4 cloves Garlic, minced โข 1 medium Onion, chopped โข 2 tablespoons oil โข 1 portion chicken breast โข 1 cup chicken broth โข 1 cauliflower or broccoli * 3 baby ๐ฝ corns โข 3 carrots, cut in pieces ( i do more ) โข 1/2 Cabbage ๐ cut in 1/4 inch thick โข 1 each Green and Red Bell Pepper, cut in strips โข 2 stems of celery, cut in strips *10 boiled eggs use โข 2 tablespoons Fish Sauce seasonings โข 2 cup Shrimps, shelled โข 1 tablespoon Cornstarch in half cup water โข 1 teaspoon Salt โข One-fourth teaspoon Pepper. Procedure: 1. In a frying pan or wok sautรฉ the garlic and onion in the vegetable oil. Add cooked chicken strips and cook for 2 minutes. 2. Add cauliflower, carrots, celery together with the fish sauce and sautรฉ for 3 minutes. 3. Add chicken broth and put the cover on and simmer for 10-12 minutes. 4. Stir in the shrimps ๐ค๐ค๐ค 5. Thicken the sauce with the cornstarch and water according to your preferred consistency. 6. Season with salt and pepper. 7. Add green and red bell pepper.
