INGREDIENTS : โ€ข 4 cloves Garlic, minced โ€ข 1 medium Onion, chopped โ€ข 2 tablespoons oil โ€ข 1 portion chicken breast โ€ข 1 cup chicken broth โ€ข 1 cauliflower or broccoli * 3 baby ๐ŸŒฝ corns โ€ข 3 carrots, cut in pieces ( i do more ) โ€ข 1/2 Cabbage ๐Ÿˆ cut in 1/4 inch thick โ€ข 1 each Green and Red Bell Pepper, cut in strips โ€ข 2 stems of celery, cut in strips *10 boiled eggs use โ€ข 2 tablespoons Fish Sauce seasonings โ€ข 2 cup Shrimps, shelled โ€ข 1 tablespoon Cornstarch in half cup water โ€ข 1 teaspoon Salt โ€ข One-fourth teaspoon Pepper. Procedure: 1. In a frying pan or wok sautรฉ the garlic and onion in the vegetable oil. Add cooked chicken strips and cook for 2 minutes. 2. Add cauliflower, carrots, celery together with the fish sauce and sautรฉ for 3 minutes. 3. Add chicken broth and put the cover on and simmer for 10-12 minutes. 4. Stir in the shrimps ๐Ÿค๐Ÿค๐Ÿค 5. Thicken the sauce with the cornstarch and water according to your preferred consistency. 6. Season with salt and pepper. 7. Add green and red bell pepper. Here are some nutritional facts about soybeans and millet:
Parents this one balance cereal I incorporate into mu children's meal daily either as tea, pap or a drink with milk and honey ๐Ÿ‘

LETS SHARE THIS LOVE:

1. Mango Banana Smoothie
Ingredients:

Mango chunks
Banana slices

Basic Recipe:
1 cup mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
1 banana
1/2 cup milk or orange juice
Optional: a few ice cubes or a splash of yogurt for creaminess

2. Strawberry Banana Oat Smoothie
Ingredients:

Strawberries

Banana
Oats

Basic Recipe:
1 cup strawberries
1 banana
2 tablespoons oats
1/2 cup milk (or almond milk)
Optional: honey or maple syrup to sweeten

WHITE SOUP (OFE NSALA)
Ingredients:

โ€ข 750g of protein (goat meat, chicken, beef assorted or fish) I would be using Goatmeat.

โ€ข 1 medium stock fish head
โ€ข 2-3 seasoning cubes
โ€ข 2 dried cat Fish (washed and deboned)
โ€ข 10-13 medium cubes of Yam
โ€ข Aidan fruit (uyayak)
โ€ข 1 cooking spoon of grinded crayfish
โ€ข 2 Yellow peppers (add or reduce the quantity, depending on your spice tolerance)
โ€ข 1-2 tablespoon of Ogiri isi
โ€ข 3 strand of Uda
โ€ข 1 Ehuru
โ€ข 1 teaspoon of grinded Uziza seeds
โ€ข 4-6 Uziza leaves
โ€ข 3-6 Utazi leaves (remember not to add too much so that the soup don't turn out to be too bitter)
โ€ข Salt to taste

๐Ÿฅฃ. Wash your meat and add to a pot. Season with seasoning cubes, pepper and salt. Add washed stock fish and mix well then cover and allow to steam cook for 5-10 minutes on low heat. Next, add water and allow to cook till tender. This could take another 15-20 minutes depending on the type of meat you are using.

๐Ÿฅ . While meat is cooking, Peel and cut yam into cubes. Rinse properly with water and add it to the boiling meat.

๐Ÿฅ™. Add a little water if required then add ogiri isi, grinded Uziza seeds, uda and ehuru. Also add adian fruit (uyayak). Cover and allow to boil until the yam is fully cooked.

๐Ÿฅ”. When the yam is tender, remove the yam and blend in a food processor or pound in a mortar till there's no lump left then set aside.

๐Ÿค. Now you can incorporate the dried catfish, grinded crayfish, roughly blended peppers, seasoning cubes and salt. Also use a spoon to scoop the blended or pounded yam little by little into the soup. Cover and allow to cook for 8-10 minutes on low heat.

๐Ÿฅ˜. Next, add chopped uziza leaves and utazi leaves and stir. Taste and adjust salt and seasoning if necessary. Remove the uyayak, rinse and save for another recipe. Allow to cook for a minute then take off heat.

Your White Soup (Ofe Nsala) is ready! enjoy with any swallow of your choice (pounded yam, fufu, garri etc)

NB: Remember not to add too much thickner (blended or pounded yam) to the soup because the soup gets thicker as it rest or gets cooler.
