Some people say that food is not a thing for them, when they attend events, after all, there is nothing being served at the event that they cannot afford to buy and eat. This is true. Its equally true that most people feel offended when they attend events and they are not served food.

Have you ever being to an event where they look at faces when sharing food 🤣 Maybe the host shared an ashoebi clothe or gele, and you attended the event without wearing the asoebi. Or maybe you are not a close friend of the host ( a colleague or old classmate), etc.

Tell me one thing wrong with this type of event

This is what happens when you don't have a neutral person in charge of entertaining your guests.

Still on the stress and anxiety matter!!

Examples of everyday stress and anxiety include worrying about finding a job, feeling nervous before a big test, or before your big event like wedding, retirement party, birthday party etc.

Another example could be, being embarrassed in certain social situations. Hmm....talking about being embarrassed in certain social situations...could you imagine being a host in an event where there was no food available to feed your guests, just because the caterer disappointed? Or not having enough food to feed all your guests due to underbudgeting or inviting more guests than your budget could carry? I am sure you wouldn't want to ever be in such situation. These are situations that would definitely increase our stress and anxiety levels.

How do we avoid these situations?? That is where I come in. I am no doctor here, lol, but I sure do have a cure for this type of stress and anxiety😀.....lets call it Event stress and anxiety....😜...you get my drift??

On the positive side, I also read that stress and anxiety could be good for us. Look at it this way; If we did not experience some anxiety we might not be motivated to do things that we need to do (for instance, studying for that big test!).

It goes to say that if there is no event stress and anxiety, you would not be motivated to do what you need to do, which is, calling an event planner 👍

Please, biko, ejoor, do Allah.....avoid stress in your life!!! Stress is only good for us. Pass it on to us before someone gets hurt😀

Did you know that stress and anxiety are easy killers. Stress is when multiple demands are being placed on your brain (mental stress) or physical body (physical stress), all at the same time. Some people also go through emotional stress ( whenever their emotions run riots, lol ). Constant / regular mood swings could be symptoms of emotional stress. People are most likely to feel stressed when multiple competing demands are placed on them. The feeling of being stressed can be triggered by an event that makes you feel frustrated or nervous.
Anxiety is a feeling of fear, worry, or unease.
Hey, I am no doctor here, but I do l know that those who undergo stress are liable to die young. Please avoid anything that makes you feel stressed. Even relationships, friends, jobs etc., when they become toxic they cause you nothing but stress. Please disengage yourself from stressful situations.
When you no longer find fulfilment in your job, it will no longer be a job but "work". When where you work becomes a stressful and toxic environment, create a relaxation atmosphere for yourself and be deliberate about it. Always and constantly, as a matter of necessity, immerse yourself into your relaxation atmosphere and relieve yourself of all the stress. Either do this or quit.
YES! You heard me. QUIT! We know jobs are hard to find, but if that stress kills you will that job still matter? Or will it be transferred to your next of kin? You and I know for a fact that your office will not waste time to bring in a replacement for you. So, Be Wise!
Avoid stress like a plague.
