Did you know that stress and anxiety are easy killers. Stress is when multiple demands are being placed on your brain (mental stress) or physical body (physical stress), all at the same time. Some people also go through emotional stress ( whenever their emotions run riots, lol ). Constant / regular mood swings could be symptoms of emotional stress. People are most likely to feel stressed when multiple competing demands are placed on them. The feeling of being stressed can be triggered by an event that makes you feel frustrated or nervous.
Anxiety is a feeling of fear, worry, or unease.
Hey, I am no doctor here, but I do l know that those who undergo stress are liable to die young. Please avoid anything that makes you feel stressed. Even relationships, friends, jobs etc., when they become toxic they cause you nothing but stress. Please disengage yourself from stressful situations.
When you no longer find fulfilment in your job, it will no longer be a job but "work". When where you work becomes a stressful and toxic environment, create a relaxation atmosphere for yourself and be deliberate about it. Always and constantly, as a matter of necessity, immerse yourself into your relaxation atmosphere and relieve yourself of all the stress. Either do this or quit.
YES! You heard me. QUIT! We know jobs are hard to find, but if that stress kills you will that job still matter? Or will it be transferred to your next of kin? You and I know for a fact that your office will not waste time to bring in a replacement for you. So, Be Wise!
Avoid stress like a plague.
