Kiddies cake inspiration ✅

A client saw my previous jobs then contacted us and trusted us with his hard earned money to bake for his baby's first year birthday🎉

I told him "You won't regret trusting this brand" of which he didn't 😊

I thought of what to do🤔,then I pulled up with this beauty 😍
He screamed in excitement when he saw the cake and he was happy with what I made from flour, butter and lot's more🥳🥳🎊

Tips on how to get a crunchy Chin Chin

-Do not use too much Margarine, because it will only make your Chin Chin to soak oil.

-Do not use excess water hoping to use flour to get it right when kneading, it will not only make your Chin Chin to be strong but it will also affect the taste. My observation though

-Do not fry on extremely high heat because once you pour your Chin Chin, it'll turn brown or burnt without getting done inside. Know when your oil is hot but don't fry on a low heat.

-Do not overcrowd your Chin Chin because it will make your Chin Chin to have too many crumbs.

-Overcrowding your Chin Chin will also make your oil to have crumbs.

-If your Chin Chin is much, please fry batch by batch, it will help you to get a neat and attractive Chin Chin.

* Don't knead your meatpie,when it is not bread then why do you need to knead.
Mix to bring all recipe together

* Always make the dough with chilled water or you can make with normal temperature water and keep in the fridge to rest before working with

* To achieve a very flaky pie, make use of minimal cornflour.wow
This sounds new

* Do not overwork your dough, reason you avoid kneading,it can affect the texture of your meatpie.

Overcooking can cause the proteins in the egg whites to bond more tightly to the membrane, making the shell harder to remove. Rapid cooling after boiling can help shrink the egg whites, creating a gap between the whites and the membrane, making peeling easier.

Conclusively, If you're having trouble, try using slightly older eggs, boiling them for the right amount of time, and cooling them rapidly before peeling🥂

1: Granulated Sugar (White Sugar):
The Role of granulated sugar in Baking: Provides sweetness, structure, and tenderness to baked goods. It also contributes to the overall texture and helps with browning.
The effect of Granulated sugar is that it helps aerate and leaven batters, leading to a light and tender crumb in cakes. It also contributes to the crispness in cookies.

2: Brown Sugar:
There are two different types of brown sugar which are : Light brown sugar and dark brown sugar.
The Role of brown sugar in Baking: Adds moisture, color, and a distinct molasses flavor to baked goods.
The Effects of it: Brown sugar creates a chewy texture in cookies and helps retain moisture, making it ideal for soft and moist cakes.

3: Powdered Sugar (Confectioner's Sugar):
The Texture of powdered sugar is Finely ground sugar with added cornstarch to prevent caking.
