HON. PRINCE GOWON ENENCHE (G-1) ENDORSES MISS IFE 2026, PLEDGES MAJOR SPONSORSHIP
Abuja, August 22, 2026 — The 8th Edition of Miss IFE has received a major boost following the endorsement and sponsorship commitment of Hon. Prince Gowon Enenche (G-1), SDP aspirant for the House of Representatives representing the Ankpa Federal Constituency in the 2027 general elections.
The Miss IFE 2026 Organizing Team, led by Comrade Abubakar Isah Sheriff, paid a courtesy visit to Hon. Prince Gowon Enenche at his office in Abuja on Saturday, August 22, 2026. Discussions centered on youth development, cultural promotion, empowerment, and the forthcoming Miss IFE 2026 pageant.
During the visit, Hon. Prince Gowon Enenche was presented with an Award of Excellence in recognition of his tremendous contributions to youth development, empowerment, and community advancement.
In his response, Hon. Prince Gowon Enenche expressed appreciation to the organizers for recognizing his efforts. He commended the Miss IFE initiative for providing a platform that promotes the rich cultural heritage of the Ife people while creating opportunities for young people.
He further endorsed Miss IFE 2026 and expressed his willingness to serve as a major sponsor of this year’s edition, scheduled to hold on December 29, 2026. He noted that he would consult with his team and promptly revert to the organizers with details of his support.
