*Kogi Poly Rector, Prof. Usman Ogbo Salisu, Endorses Miss IFE 7th Edition — Pledges Strong Financial Support and Attendance*
The Rector of Kogi State Polytechnic, Lokoja, Prof. Usman Ogbo Salisu, has officially endorsed the 7th Edition of the Miss IFE Cultural Pageantry, scheduled to take place on December 29, 2025, at Abejukolo, in Omala Local Government Area of Kogi State.
In a gesture that reflects his commitment to youth empowerment and cultural development, Prof. Ogbo pledged substantial financial support toward the success of the event and further assured that he will personally attend the grand finale.
Speaking on the importance of such initiatives, Prof. Ogbo commended the organizers for creating a platform that unites young people and promotes the state’s rich cultural heritage. He noted that, “any gathering that brings our youths together to celebrate culture, identity, and community values is one that must be encouraged and supported.”
The organizers of Miss IFE, under the Omala Entertainment brand, expressed deep appreciation to the Rector for granting them audience and supporting their vision. They described his gesture as “a huge encouragement and an inspiration to keep promoting youth creativity and cultural excellence.”
Now in its 7th edition, Miss IFE continues to stand as one of Kogi State’s most recognized youth and cultural empowerment platforms, promoting unity, tourism, and tradition across Omala LGA and the state at large.
