Your sense of self refers to your perception of the collection of characteristics that define you.
Personality traits, abilities, likes and dislikes, your belief system or moral code, and the things that motivate you- these all contribute to self-image or your unique identity as a person. Self-knowledge makes it easier to accept your entire self, both the traits you're proud of and those you'd like to improve. If you do feel dissatisfied with certain aspects of yourself, you'll have an easier time addressing those areas when you have a strong sense of your nature and abilities.

Mindfulness can: help relieve stress, treat heart disease, lower blood pressure, reduce chronic pain, , improve sleep, and alleviate gastrointestinal difficulties. Mindfulness improves mental health.

According to biology, neuroscience, psychology, and more, our bodies tend to work better when we’re around not alone. Being lonely has been linked to worse physical and emotional health outcomes and poorer wellbeing. A lack of social support can directly affects our potential for experiencing happiness.
Studies have also shown that when people feel lonelier they have higher levels of the stress hormone cortisol. And that type of chronic stress raises risk of cardiovascular disease and other challenges to health and wellness.
Human beings are an ultra-social species — and our nervous systems expect to have others around us. Human beings are built to really seek social companionship and understanding. We are happier and better when we are connected to others. Don't stay isolated

Anxiety is a feeling of unease, such as worry or fear, that can be mild or severe. Everyone has feelings of anxiety at some point in their life. I always feel anxiety early in the mornings when I wake up. Fear of something. I feel better after my prayers so it helps to pray and this practical exercise helps to with Jane.
