A new Personal Best for Esther Isa, leaping 6.41m to finish 2nd in the women's Long Jump at the C-USA Indoor Championships in Birmingham.
She won gold in triple jump (13.08m) and also picked silver in high jump (1.77m).

TRIPLE HONOURS 👏🏽
Cumberland's Praise Idamadudu was in a class of her own at the Mid-South Conference Indoor Champs yesterday.
She bagged three Gold medals in different events.
First, she won the 60m final with 7.47s. Then followed Gold medals in 400m(55.93s) & 200m(24.17s).

His new time is third on LSU all-time school record.

Last night at the SDSU Indoor Classic in Brookings, Ayomide Oyetunji raced to a massive PB of 6.70s to win the men's 60m final.
The time places him No. 2 on Iowa Central all-time school record.

Godson Brume is unstoppable right now 🔥
He broke his 60m Personal Best twice yesternight at the Tyson Invitational in Fayetteville.
Firstly, he clocked 6.69s in the prelims, then he dug even deeper in the finals and finished 2nd with a massive 6.60s.
J.T. Smith won the race with 6.56s.

A new 60m PB for Favour Ofili 👏🏽
She clocked 7.15s to finish 2nd in the 60m final of the Tyson Invitational at Fayetteville.
She finished just behind Talitha Diggs who won the race by only seven-thousandth of a second (.007s).

Ruth Usoro opens her indoor season with a remarkable performance at the Texas Tech Open & Multi in Lubbock, soaring to a massive Personal Best and World Lead of 6.87m to win the women's Long Jump.
Her mark is not only the furthest she has ever leaped in her career (Indoor or Outdoor), but also the 2nd furthest on Africa's all-time Indoor Top List – only 0.1 off Chioma Ajunwa's 26-year-old African Indoor Record of 6.97m.

Rosemary Chukwuma clocked an astonishing 22.99s to win the women's 200m indoor at the Red Raiders Open.
She's now become only the third ever African woman to run sub-23 indoors and currently stands as the fastest in the world this year.

Rosemary Chukwuma with an electric start to her season last night at the TTU Corky Classic as she clocked a World Lead & Personal Best of 7.11s in the women's 60m semis.
She then returned to win the final with a time of 7.13s, ahead of Maboundou Kone (7.19s) who finished 2nd.
