Nutrition in pregnancy continues
Trying to conceive (TTC) and pregnant mothers MUST eat an adequate diet
What is adequate diet?👇
This is food that contains all the six classes of food in a right proportion
They are
Carbohydrate, Protein, Fat, Vitamins, Minerals and water.
When preparing your food just take your time to think about the content of what you are preparing.
Check if you are having all the classes of food
eg a plate of rice you are eating should have rice as carbohydrates,
protein can be from fish, meat, egg and crayfish
Fat from oil
Where we normally have problems is vitamins, minerals and water
If I may ask how many of us add vegetables to our jollof rice?
How many of us add vegetables to our beans and yam?
How many of us add vegetables to our yam portage?
My lovely mothers, any plate of food you have and it doesn't contain vegetables( spinach , pumpkin, cucumber, garden egg, etc) 🥦🥦 my dear is not for you 😛😛😛😛

You must take at least 6 sachets of water a day.
