This frejon tradition has successfully been passed down from 2 generations I'm the 3rd generation in my family bloodline to keep up with it...

I love frejon so much that I've had various kitchen accidents during its preparation over the years, but that still hasn't deterred me from cooking it and i decided to pass on the love of frejon over ....

During my child hood would be so excited to cook frejon desipte the long tedious process it takes to cook and thicken... i would join my mum in preparing, took over the preparation a few years back and I've kept up ever since...

So join me next year to cook more wonderful bowls of frejon for ....
