IBFUNDS achieved more recognition following the release of his song “TAKE IT” which referenced dance steps in Nigeria). The song fast became a hit in the country topping several charts and receiving massive radio airplay. In 2020, IB Funds was featured on the a Yoruba movie ”idakeji aye”.

Early Life & Career
IB FUNDS was born and raised in Lagos state. He grew up with his parents and siblings, and also attended primary, secondary and tertiary schools in the state. At a tender age, IB funds developed a passion for music which he tried to hone on his own. He also began releasing freestyles and indepent music.

In 2016, he signed with BMN Records records and released “Handsome Baller”. The remix became even bigger than the first song, bringing IB even more recognition in the Nigerian music scene. The song received massive airplay across radio stations in Nigeria.
