MANY CHRISTIAN WOMEN MAY LIVE AND DIE IN VAIN! THIS IS WHYâŚ.
Multitudes of women that profess to follow Jesus today may live and die IN VAIN! This potential disaster will not be their fault per se! It will be the result of simply living a normal life in the world, according to the CULTURE and EXPECTATION of their days. Thatâs all!
On the surface, this may sound harmless. But the problem is that the culture and expectation of our days are steeped in REBELLION AGAINST GOD, and against His ways. This is because Satan is now EXERTING HIS CONTROL on this world to the fullest. After all, the Bible describes him as âthe god of this worldâ (2 Cor 4:4, John 14:30).
Slowly but steadily, Satan is building the world into a warped system that will serve his egocentric purpose in ruling mankind through his Antichrist. This takeover will involve an extensive change in the ways and the laws that God has instituted for mankind. In a way, we see a glimpse of this audacious take-over in the Antichristâs modus operandi in Daniel 7:25, âAnd he shall ⌠think to CHANGE TIMES AND LAWSâŚ.â
Once Satan has succeeded in all these changes, he would have succeeded in âsideliningâ the power of God in the world! For God only walks and works in His own ways â not in the ways created by Satan.
This take-over by Satan is responsible for some of the massive changes we are seeing in the world today. And central to this plan is the rapidly changing role of women in our days. In truth, Satan, working through the world system, is rapidly redefining Godâs concept of WOMANHOOD. Thus, our modern concept of womanhood is quite alien to the Scriptures.
As mentioned earlier, this is not THE WOMANâs fault per se â it is all about Satanâs craftiness. He knows the extremely crucial role that God created THE WOMAN to play in BUILDING her home (and ultimately building the larger society, as the home is the smallest unit of society.)
As long as women stay in their divinely appointed role, GOD WORKS through them to BUILD homes and societies. For God Himself is the ULTIMATE BUILDER (Psalm 127:1). But when Satan succeeds in luring women away from their role, a vacuum is created, both at home and in the society. Guess who steps into this vacuum to steal, kill and destroy?! (John 10:10)
Satan used this simple strategy to destroy the FIRST HOME in the Garden of Eden. And this first strategy will also be the final strategy that heâll use to weaken the human society until he completes his takeover of the world.
Here is something interesting. The Bible opens in Genesis with a picture of Satan pursuing THE WOMAN (Eve) until he succeeded in ruining the tranquillity of the Garden of Eden. In the same way, in the final Book of Revelation, we also see Satan pursuing a biblical figure of THE WOMAN to sweep her away! (Rev 12:13-17) So, Satan has a long history of pursuing âTHE WOMANâ.
This is the same skill he is using today to REDEFINE WOMANHOOD, knowing that once he succeeds in luring THE WOMAN out of her place, sheâll become USELESS to God. And very, very useful to him!
To achieve this goal, Satan is using the promise of SELF-worth, SELF-fulfilment, and SELF-dependence to lure women out into the open. It is on this platform of SELF-ACTUALISATION that he is promoting his NEW DEAL for womanhood. And many women are biting this attractive apple - INCLUDING female believers in Christ! (Many are biting the apple, and giving their lily-livered men to also eat!)
Yet, God has not altered his standards one bit! Until a believer learns to DENY SELF, s/he can NEVER, EVER truly follow Jesus Christ (Luke 9:23). The SELF that God wants believers to DENY is the same SELF that Satan is promising to ENHANCE in his new deal for womanhood! Just as he did with Eve in the Garden, âAnd when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eatâŚ.â (Genesis 3:6)
In eating the 21st-century version of THE APPLE, most women have today left their place, thereby LOSING Godâs eternal purpose and destiny for their lives! All very silently. All beneath the radar â just as Satan would want it! Most women will arrive at the Pearly Gates to discover that while pursuing the worldâs concept of ideal womanhood, they had lost Godâs REAL essence for womanhood. Along with its purpose and its reward. A TRULY wasted life that was lived for the world and for Satan. An eternal disaster.
Thankfully, repentance is still possible today! Following THE WORLD, along with its trends and expectations, is the worst thing that can happen to any follower of Jesus Christ. The Bible makes this clear in passages like James 4:4 and 1 John 2:15-17. Furthermore, Jesus made it clear that when we follow Him, the world will definitely HATE US (John 15:18-19, 17:14).
Have you noticed how much the world LOATHES and SCORNS the women that strive today to live according to Godâs concept of womanhood? The concept of submission (1 Cor 11:3, 1 Tim 2:11-15, Eph 5:22, Col 3:18). The concept of meekness (1 Peter 3:4). The concept of modesty (1 Timothy 2:9). Have you noticed how much the world DESPISES any woman that agrees with God that the woman was created FOR the man? (1 Cor 11:9) Created NOT for herself â but FOR the man!!!
It is in this way that the world has succeeded in SHAMING many female believers into silence, and into acquiescence in following the âMODERNâ concept of womanhood. Please look around you today. Look at homes. Look at societies. Do we see cohesion? Do we see the joy that comes from nurturing the next generation diligently for God? Have you not noticed that even a lot of our men are becoming more and more spineless like Ahab? DOCILE men that are quite happy to be led by THE WOMAN!
Think all these are ordinary??? If so, please THINK again.
In this end-time, God has âleftâ the world for Satan â until the appointed time (Rev 11:15). Instead, He is today focussed on building His Kingdom on earth. And He has invited you to partner with Him in this building process. Anybody that wants to build with God must realise that He builds ONLY according to His own pattern (Heb 8:5). It is IMPOSSIBLE to build with God (both in the Christian home and in the church) with the mindset of the worldâs concept of womanhood. This is like trying to blend light and darkness. Impossible.
This is why God is calling on ALL His genuine daughters to return to the ancient paths He created in His wisdom for the human race. This is why Jesus came into the world! He came to give us the grace to OBEY GOD, the grace to go back to how it was âIN THE BEGINNINGâ. He did not come to turn women into men, or to cause women to become like men. God puts a clear-cut distinction between the genders. A distinction He wants us to honour and follow diligently. A distinction that the world is ATTACKING with all its power of persuasion and enticement, sucking in multitudes of women into its deadly vortex.
It will not be easy to escape from this whirlwind. Escape will require a STRATEGIC, CONSISTENT, and unflinching DEDICATION in swimming against the tide of the culture of our day. An evil culture that other female believers are not only embracing, but are even celebrating! So, the quest to escape will be a COSTLY and LONELY walk. But Jesus will not forsake you in the battle â for your life is a witness against the wickedness of this generation that prefers the ways of the world to the ancient landmarks that God set down for His own people. A generation that will NOT endure Godâs sound doctrines (2 Timothy 4:3-4).
For every godly woman, this is a simple choice between SELF-fulfilment and SELF-denial. A choice between light and darkness, between God and Satan. Please choose wisely â this is why you were redeemed by Christ for a time like this! Stand in the place of destiny, for grace is available for every willing heart. Amen.
